Villa Elpiniki

Like coming home!

Pros: We have been staying in Ixia twice a year now for many years, and this is the second time in Villa Elpiniki. The villa is lovely and more like a home with lots of personal touches. The location is great and was very reasonably priced compared to the more expensive villas poping up around the area.

Cons: Although not the end of the world, the WiFi is not that good, but everything else makes up for that!

Amazing villa with private pool

Pros: Our stay in this beautiful villa was amazing. Our teenagers really enjoyed the pool and that they had their own bedroom with bathroom in the separate building by the pool. Beds were really comfortable and we slept really well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enough everything for 4 person. There was also some fruits and wine waiting for us when we arrived ♡ There is also nice big yard. The location was good, walking distance from super markets and restaurants. There is a taxi station just next to the villa so it is easy to get to Rodos city for example (13€). The beach is also just accross the street, not the best one but you can swim there. Our favourite restaurant was Phillips Bar (5min walking distance). Really good food with reasonable prices and friendly service. Our children loved their milk shakes ;) The host Seva was super nice, really welcoming and helpful with everything♡. We can highly recommend this villa!

We had 2 weeks at this great villa. Thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

Pros: Seva, the owner left several amenity items to ensure a very comfortable stay. The pool area is an excellent space to enjoy during the day and the evening lighting is wonderful. A truly great stay.

Tranquil retreat!

Pros: Having stayed in Ixia many times over the last few years this was the first time we had stayed in this property, it was wonderful! Large private pool, generous well kept grounds and it was great to have a separate bedroom (ensuite). Their is also everything you need at the villa without have to ask an unhelpful receptionist for an iron! Also loads of hot water in the shower with great pressure.

Pros: the whole villa was very clean, the pictures do not do it justice, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, the villa is very quiet and pieceful

Cons: I have not one complaint, this is far the best place I have stayed in Rhodes

Amazing villa with lovely pool area

Pros: Well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool area. Good beds ( at least if you like soft bed). Nice bathroom. Well cleaned.

Pros: We loved everything about the villa. It was very well equipped and was a real home from home. The beds were comfy, and swimming pool was fantastic. Seva herself is an exceptional host, her kindness and thoughtfulness to us throughout our stay was greatly appreciated. We thoroughly recommend Seva and Villa Elpiniki to everyone travelling to Rhodes. Thank you Seva for letting us stay at your beautiful villa.

Stunning modern design villa

Pros: The design and layout of the building. There was everything you would need for a holiday from every kind of toiletry for mosquito bites to suntan lotion, incase you had forgotten anything, the attention to detail was fantastic. The master bedroom was in separate building beside the pool and had a superbly comfortable bed. The owner has thought of your every want and was on hand if you required any assistance and could answer any questions you had . The quality of the villa was easily 5 🌟 and great value for money. There is a Spar supermarket around the corner with anything you need. The villa is far away enough to be lovely and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants and bars if you want.

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus mit alles was man braucht . Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist ruhig und man hat alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
