We all loved it. Beautiful. Very well looked after.

Pros: Had an amazing week. Very comfortable. All you could wish and want for.

Cons: The property and facilities are amazing. The walk to the apartment would be an issue for some maybe.

The apartment had everything you needed and more for a relaxing break away.

Pros: The apartment was in perfect condition and we very much enjoyed the hot tub.

Best holiday stay

Pros: Can't fault on anything. From welcome to saying goodbye, everything was just perfect. Hosts were so accommodating. Definitely recommend as very close to amenities and lovely restaurants nearby for a nice meal

Very pleasing and peaceful with good neighbourhood

Pros: The property is at a nice location and has a very nice and clean pool area with good sunbeds. The house itself was clean, nice and spacious. The best part is an extremely good AC System all around the house!

Amazing property which I would highly recommend.

Pros: Stunning modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Our apartment was over 3 floors, sleeps 6 with 3 shower/toilets so plenty of space. Decor, finishings and furnishings were first class. Great location with short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area but if staying at a busy time lounger space is limited. Owner/manager very easy to reach if required and very helpful - communication is quick which is also reassuring.

Cons: No dislikes just things to note. The 3rd floor bedroom was mezzanine style and you could see down into the bedroom below on the second floor. It wasn’t that I didn’t like it , it was lovely, but more suited to maybe a party with kids rather than 2 adult couples. There was a bit of a hill to climb to get to it and again was not a problem for us but something that should be considered by the elderly/frail - nothing a taxi wouldn’t solve!

Pros: Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect — everything you need is just a short walk away: shops, cafes, the beach, and public transport. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Their warm hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The apartments are spotless, modern, and exactly as shown in the pictures — maybe even better! They are fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. One of the highlights was relaxing in the evening in the hot tub, enjoying a breathtaking sea view and the beautiful sunset. Pure bliss! If you're planning a trip to Rhodes, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this place. You won’t regret it — in fact, you’ll probably want to come back again. It truly feels like a home away from home!

A true oasis of peace and comfort – perfect for total relaxation.

Pros: We stayed at Iviskos Villa in Ixia, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The apartment was spotless and beautifully finished. The terras was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options to enjoy at all times of the day. The jacuzzi was already heated upon our arrival – such a relaxing touch! The villa had everything we needed – from bathrobes and slippers to a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts had truly thought of every detail: coffee, sugar, milk, cookies, and even a welcome bottle of wine. Their personal farewell at the end of our stay was very touching and showed how much they care about their guests. The swimming pool and the atmosphere of the entire accommodation were stunning, especially in the evening with the beautiful lighting. A true oasis of peace and comfort – perfect for total relaxation. Highly recommended!

Perfect in terms of appartment, placement, view and contact with host.

Pros: Great apartment with very nice terrace and view for sea. Perfect placement in Ixia with a shop nearby. Extremely clean rooms with everything one could need. Very nice and helpful host.

Lovely place to stay in the north

Pros: Design, the pool and the bubble bath, nice to have a palace that set the mood of holidays right after landing. Easy access to restaurant and old town near by.

Cons: Nothing in particular, we were surprised of the absence of doors for the rooms. It makes sense with the design of the Villa, but keep it mind if you're not only with your family or friends

A family weekend

Pros: The best part to have your own garden and jakuzi there. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The house is perfect for a family stay. The rooms with private bathroom. Everything is new and decorated nicely. You have all kitchen stuff needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very nice to find the house with complementary snacks and drink. (Thank you) The location is very good, close to the beach ( 5 mins walking) and very close to the city centre ( 10 mins by car). We visited Rhodes off season so the price was quite reasonable as well. Thank you for everything and nice gift. We definitely recommend it!
