Great holiday home, highly recommend
Pros: We had such an amazing holiday. Great location. Quiet but in walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars. The food was delicious . The house was perfect for our family. The lady who we contacted if we had any questions etc was always quick to respond and very helpful. She allowed us to access the house earlier and leave later which was great. The house was also cleaned half way through the holiday and this was a great. The washing machine was also an extra bonus and the roof terrace was the perfect place to dry clothes. I didn't take any dirty washing home, lol. My daughter got ill whilst there but the local dr (nxt door the pharmacy 2 mins from the villa) was free and really helpful. We went back a couple of times as needed. We definitely highly recommend!! We would recommend renting a car as so....many other nice places to visit, all within 30mins to an hr drive, however plenty close by if not.

Super value for money
Pros: The location and villa itself were great. We have stayed in villa A, it was probably the most spacious outside, a lot of spots for chilling outside, convenient pool area and nice surroundings. It's only few minutes by foot to The beach. Beach is rocky, but they were not sharp, really pleasant to be on. Accomodation has everything needed, not new things inside, but are enought for pleasant stay. It is not far to go to Gennadi city center, where small groceries store and a lot of nice cafes could be found for tasty dinners, walking distance only 10-15min.

Central location in Gennadi close to the beach
Pros: Location was within walking distance to Gennadi beach. We had a beach straight out the front or a short walk to the centre of Gennadi beach. Was walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants and shops in Gennadi. Had 2 bathrooms which was good. Pool was nice. Beautiful views from the house, watched the sunrise from bedroom window.
Cons: Air-conditioning is in the bedrooms and one of the living rooms. The kitchen was very hot to be in (we were there in June, was very hot). There is absolutely no breeze in Gennadi so be prepared for the heat. The beds were not great, need new mattresses especially the main bedroom.

Perfect in every way !!
Pros: A beautiful villa in the perfect location - we are a family of 4 and the villa did not disappoint! Lots of space inside and out, with well maintained pool and gardens. The contact for the villa was excellent - Anastasia was there for whatever we needed.
Cons: Nothing - it was exactly what we needed for a wonderful holiday

Pros: Location was peerfect, very close to beach, restaurants and market, in walking distance.
Cons: Very silent place and everything is available what a family requires. Hous is very comfortable with airconditioning and swimmingpool.

Great white villas
Pros: Beautiful white villas side by side in a great location. In the photos it looks like it is far from the town center but it is very close walking distance to the sea and the center. We already have our own private pool, but the coast is so calm that we also had our own private sea beach:) We had a very small problem and they solved it immediately, which surprised me very much. It was my first time in Rhodes, next time I have already made a plan to keep all the villas with our friends.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Le canapé pas confortable pour dormir et l'un des matelas à ressort.

Pros: La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita, la piscina ottima e la prossimità al mare fantastica!
Cons: La casa risente degli anni che ha e avrebbe bisogno di un importante rinnovo. La lavastoviglie fatica a funzionare, numerose persiane non si chiudono, diverse reti antizanzare sono bucate, una delle due docce manca delle porte scorrevoli (o almeno di una tenda), in piscina una bocchetta del filtro situata sul fondo è rotta e può facilmente ferire ai piedi.
