Villa Elaia

Pros: A heartfelt thank you for the incredibly warm and welcoming stay – everything exceeded our expectations! Our hosts truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for, cherished, and completely at home. The villa is immaculate – not a single sign of wear or neglect. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, blending comfort, beauty, and functionality in perfect harmony. The outdoor space was just as stunning – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying meals with a view. The location is ideal: quiet and private, yet close enough to everything we needed. It was a truly special experience, and we will most certainly return

Pros: This is a superb Villa. Virtually brand new. Great appliances in the kitchen. Great air conditioning throughout. Tastefully decorated. Very nice bathrooms. Good quality furniture and fittings. Overall the inside space is very impressive however for us the star of the show was the outdoor kitchen/dining space. Fantastic. There is a huge sunbathing area surrounding a heated pool plus a good size garden all enclosed within a high wall and fence. There is even a detached shower room and WC to complete the outdoor facilities. There were lots of nice extras. Pool toys and inflatables by the pool, bluetooth speakers and fridges stocked with beer, wine and sparkling water. The owner and host could not be more welcoming and helpful. It's always a bit unnerving paying upfront for a villa and not being sure exactly how any problems will be dealt with. No need to worry with this villa!

Wonderful Family Stay at Villa Elaia

Pros: One of the best villas I have stayed in. Every small detail that makes a villa a home has been included. The support from Mikaela was fantastic.

Cons: Only small concern was shade in the pool as temperatures were very high that week.

Een absolute aanrader!

Pros: Deze gaat in onze top 3! Wat een geweldige villa; zowel van binnen als van buiten van alle luxe voorzien. Je voelt je er direct thuis. Ruime slaapkamers, alle vertrekken zijn voorzien van airco, modern ingericht met oog voor detail, gezellige living en een zeer complete keuken. In het echt is de villa nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Wij waren vooral verrast en onder de indruk van de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren! Michaela is de beste host ooit; zeer geschikt voor haar werk, professioneel, flexibel, denkt mee, altijd bereikbaar en zeer hartelijk. Echt van toegevoegde waarde.

Cons: De buitenruimtes (veranda en bij het zwembad) zouden wel wat meer (natuurlijke) schaduw mogen hebben, bv door middel van beplanting/bomen. Zeker bij de extreem hoge temperaturen in augustus. De toegangsweg naar de villa is ietwat uitdagend.

Beautiful villa with great pool and outdoor entertaining space!

Pros: Michaela was a pleasure to deal with, making the entire reservation experience incredibly easy, helping us with car rentals, recommendations, etc The villa is brand new, very comfortable, clean, and the backyard/pool is an amazing place to relax. Every detail considered, and just like the pictures

Cons: Location is a little tricky with a rough road on the last section to the villa. We took it slow with our rental car and it was manageable but something to be aware of. Afandou is centrally located so easy to get to Old Rhodes, Faliraki, Lindros, etc
