Iapetos Village

Highly recommended stay in an excellent, beautiful location.

Pros: Excellent location, near the port town and shops. Lovely staff - thank you Maria for organising a transfer from the ferry to your hotel. I wish we had taken you up on your offer to again take your complementary transfer when we departed, as the docking location for our departure ferry (Dodecanisos line) turned out to be too far to walk with heavy suitcases. Excellent breakfast set in lovely tropical garden, near a beautiful swimming pool. View over the garden from our window. Great to have a small frig and kettle for a little limited self-catering.

Cons: Please keep the cats away from the breakfast area as they were quite a pest. I understand that this is the fault of some guests, who have unfortunately conditioned them to beg. The steps up to our upper floor room were very steep, and a little slippery when it rained. The ventilator fan from a neighbouring taverna was noisy all day, but stopped at around 10.30 pm. The road behind our part of the complex was also noisy, with motorbikes.

Secluded little gem

Pros: The collection from the ferry and ease of Check in and out. It is a pretty small village of rentals and a big sense of calm everywhere which makes it a quiet secluded location just short level walk from the town and beach ferry taxis. Loved our stay x

Cons: No bathroom upstairs in the bedroom

Pros: Good communication. A lovely place to stay with a very good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Cleaning, good breakfast, shuttle to and from the ferry,spacious.

Cons: There was continued noise come from behind of the room.

Lovely hotel , with a pool in the centre of the village !

Pros: Lovely little hotel , in a very central location in the village . Nice big traditional room very clean and with a nice terrace and garden view .l love the little pool - it was so welcome in the very hot weather! Nice staff !

Cons: I like everything - I have stayed previously and it would be my choice in future.

Pros: The pool… clean and cool. The location is excellent; the hotel itself is so beautiful. My room was huge with a lovely balcony. Maria on reception and most of the other staff were really lovely.

Cons: The bed was very hard. Such a shame. A more comfortable bed would’ve made the room perfect. One of the younger bar staff ( a young girl, maybe she was hormonal???) was grumpy and fairly unhelpful. The breakfast was ok but not spectacular. Only served lunch from 2pm which was strange . ( I went out)

Pros: 5 star location, 5 star room, star breakfast, 5 star installations, 3 stars prices!! Can't get any better!

We really enjoyed our stay and Symi was a delight.

Pros: The room was clean and very sweet, the staff were really helpful and accommodating. The location was great and the pool was nice to have available.

Cons: The breakfast wasn't really suitable for me, apart from the fruit. Of which there was a good choice. Better coffee and diary free options for milk would have been appreciated.

Would recommend, great staff, nice pool and the grounds were very nicely presented
