Savoy City Hotel

A lovely stay and exceptional customer service from the really friendly, helpful staff!

Pros: We very much like staying here. There is always a warm welcome from the exceptional staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable. A very good breakfast is included in the room rate and there is a lovely outside area to sit on warmer days. On this occasion the staff (Kyriakos) went above and beyond. We left a charger plugged in our room. This was found and as the hotel was closing for the season Kyriakos arranged to bring it to the hotel we used on our return journey. This was exceptional customer service and very much appreciated. The hotel is located in a very convenient place in a side street but a in the centre and a few minutes walk to both the bus station and the taxi rank. It is also a short walk to the harbour where there are cafes and restaurants.

Really friendly accommodating hotel.

Pros: We book this hotel usually for one night after flight into Rhodes and to catch early morning ferry to Tilos. It is in the perfect location for accessing ferries and also for going into Rhodes old town or the local beaches, both are within walking distance. The hotel is extremely user friendly and accommodate late check in and early departures. They provide a good breakfast and go out of their way to make sure an early breakfast is available prior to really early departures. The rooms are adequate with a decent bathroom. They provide service with a friendly smile. Excellent value for money.

Cons: For our needs it serves its purpose.

Pros: Really nice staff, great breakfast and a great location. The rooms are simple with rather old-ish furniture, as to be expected from a 2-star hotel, but clean. So for a few nights I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Ideal location and inexpensive. For a center of town hotel there was a lot of space in the room amd I found it very good value for money

It's cheap and clean. Served its purpose of letting me arrive late and leave early to catch ferry.

Pros: Breakfast was very adequate. The bacon was actually better than it usually is in Greece. My bedroom was rather Spartan, but it didn't matter.

Cons: Just a little touch of decoration in the bedroom!

Very good hotel with good people and prices

Pros: We loved the central position of the hotel in the city. It was very clean and simple and everyone was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good also!

Great Rhodes accomodation

Pros: A lovely bright little room and excellent breakfast. Close to Old Town and beach. Friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing...all good!
