Venezia Resort Hotel & Spa

Amazing holiday

Pros: Me and my partner both enjoyed our stay as the resort was extremely clean and the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcomed! The food was lovely and there was a lot of options to choose from, the cocktails were also made amazingly and again plenty of choice! The Marrakesh lounge was our favourite it was beautiful and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend and would enjoy to come back!

Perfect staff for our first family trip abroad

Pros: The property was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect size and never felt crowded. It felt very clean and the pools were great. We had a room with a hot tub which had a big balcony. I came with my 8 month old (BLW) and there was always something for him to eat at meal times and the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. We also hired a car which I’d recommend but we did walk into Faliraki one time and use the hotel bus transfer.

Cons: The toilet was loud in the night and the travel cot didn’t have a proper mattress (just a blanket folded with a sheet) but both very minor issues.

Great hotel with good facilities for adults and children

Pros: Property was clean and good facilities and entertainment

Cons: No pool towels and limited kids drinks for free eg slush puppies or non alcoholic mocktails

A brilliant week away, delicious food and scenery! Would definitely come again.

Pros: The hotel had lots to explore, with multiple pools and water slides and multiple bars and areas to get food. The food was delicious with enough options to satisfy and the all inclusive drinks were great. The room was cleaned daily and always to a great standard. The staff were very assistive and never hesitated to help with taxis/ public transport or directions. A beautiful view from the buffet restaurant and within walking distance from the main strip/ beach. Would definitely visit again.

Cons: There was often a few encounters with wasps throughout the day and occasionally a hornet. Personally felt a little on edge when they were present but not to the extent it was detrimental to an enjoyable day of relaxing.

Pros: There are 4 different pools and one of them was exclusive to adults only. Marrakech had an amazing ambiance and the spa in there was something out of this world. The food was delicious and varied. All inclusive opportunities are also good for food and soft drinks. There are snacks such as gyro, pizza, fries etc. all day long. Which means you cannot be hungry. The staff was sincere and polite. The environment and rooms were clean. Also they gifted us a bottle of wine because it was our honeymoon which made us super happy.

Cons: Soft spirits like beer and Wine were somehow not effective in the matter of making you drunk or at least a lil bit tipsy. So if you want alcohol you have to pay for it. After a few days, you feel like you are eating the same thing over and over again. Entertainment for kids might be finished earlier but c'mon they can't make everyone happy right?

We had fantastic holiday and we may come back there again.

Pros: Very nice hotel, helpful staff. Food was very good. Everyday, in the evenings there were also different dinners like Indian, International, Greek, Mediterranean. Everyday nice and interesting entertainment.
