Pros: Excellent service, many things were thoughtfully planned, and I liked the buffet schedule, which was tailored to any activity level. And the staff's simply friendly attitude.
Cons: The Internet kept dropping out, which was a minus for some and a plus for others.

Cons: Only thing is that it’s far to walk to the beach but the hotel solves the problem by providing free bus service to the beach

Amazing!
Pros: Bar staff were very friendly. Kids club and workers were absolutely amazing and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of sports and activities on offer!
Cons: Not enough ramps for pram & suitcases, we were on the other side of the resort made it difficult. Cleaner did not replace our clean towels. Reported that the wood front board when entering the room was ripped up with nails and was told they’d come to replace them and never did - Baby could not be left unattended in the room due to it being unsafe.

Pros: Good location, clean room, and room services come every day. Great food all the time. The staff are very friendly, especially Nick, the americans one. The pools are so good and clean, my kids love the aqua park with the slides. Pool bar serv drinks all day to midnight. The beach is about a 15 minutes walk from the hotel, but there is a shuttle bus to the beach many times up to 16.30 in the afternoon. Very good activities for the kids and the adults every day in the evening.
Cons: Facilities are a little bit old, but not the main restaurant, it's very modern and new.

A wonderful vacation in a wonderful place
Pros: It was a wonderful vacation! We have only the best impressions and words of gratitude to all the staff! It was delicious, clean, fun and interesting! Thank you all for the clean morning sunbeds, the green watered grass, the delicious and fresh food in the restaurants and the interesting evening program!

All in one hotel, Cyprotel
Pros: I really enjoyed every single minute at this hotel. Lovely and helpful staff, a lot of activity for kids and for adults. Amazing slides, three swimming pools in total, plenty of sunbsds, Snack bar opened with selection of salads, hotdogs. The main restaurant offering some repeated food but also every day is special grill selection. Most important every day you can get beef, chicken, pork, fish-good fish. The whole place is compact, not need to wait for food or drinks. Some people complain about drinks to sweet, but you can ask for extra soda and is not sweet anymore. Cocktails can be made with whatever you want with the local drinks. Close to the beach, bus available for free.
Cons: Wifi could be way better. I had to connect and disconnected several times, and is very slow.

Amazing, relaxing, interesting - just perfect :)
Pros: The food was lovely and there was always something to chose from regardless if you are a meat eater or if you are vegetarian. The pool was fantastic with a choice of a small one for smaller children and family pool with choice of depths, plus a pool with slides. Cyprotel Faliraki is a lovely, clean hotel, with lovely staff, superb entertainment shows and there is absolutely not one thing I can fault. Many thanks to everyone who made mine and my son's stay - an amazing experience :)
Cons: There is nothing I think could have been better. Everything was great!

Cons: when we booked a ticket there was a fitness room but when we arrived we didn't find anything. The animation team for children should do more activities during the day not just look after children.

Family vacation
Pros: My vacation was really good. Children aged 2x3, 12 and 14 included. The rooms were clean and functional. Nice swimming areas, during the day there was a good program and in the evening different performances. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was amazing. At dinner/lunch I wondered about the employees standing at the door, sometimes they served something but very often I saw them just scrolling through their phones. And as a rule, they only say hello if they are greeted first. Hopefully, the replacement employees are in some other job.
Cons: My 12-year-old son was upset because the activities were too long for either smaller children or adults. I would have liked to join many, but I wasn't old enough. Maybe teenagers could also be considered for different competitions. The location of the hotel is a bit to the side. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach. But in the evening it would be nice to go for a walk in the \

Economy class hotel with good price
Pros: The price was good. Good food. Big rooms available. Aqua park in territory. Nice garden.
Cons: The interior is old and doesn't look good. The quality of sound insulation between the room and floors is poor. Pull bar serves drinks in plastic cups which are rinsed by hands in the sink....
