Rhodes Backpackers Boutique Hostel and Apartments

Pros: I just loved staying at the hostel, everything was just amazing from the host to the entire staff, the vibe of the place, organized and clean, beautiful quiet neighbourhood, backpackers from all around the world and the added bonus were cats 😇

The place to be. The best conclusion of my summer chapter in Greece.

Pros: I am Filip from Kefalos, originally from Slovakia. I spent many months on the Dodhecanese islands working and then discovering (conquering) the islands. When I ve got to Rodos, this hostel was one of the few available ones. As soon as I arrived, I was captured by the friendly, vibrant energy of the people and the place itself that holds so much love and good energy that the owners of the hostel carved into the place. Rodos was one of a wonder, the best conclusion of my time in Greece and this hostel and the people I met there are the most important highlight of it. This was magical. I will definitely come back again, even if it is just to see the lovely people. The Rhodes Backpackers hostel will always stay in my heart, in a very special place since it made everything worth it for this journey. Thank you Michael and Maria for the best conclusion of my Greek chapter in 2025. Love you all, Filip.

Pros: Fantastic place to stay. The staff were lovely, the facilities were clean and the owner Michael (Maria was away) was most hospitable. Not a far walk from the old town & local coffee shops etc.

Pros: The team is great and helps you with whatever need you have. Really friendly! There are two washing machines so no search for an laundromat. The Place itself is really nice

Cons: I was in the 6 person dorm and the beds are quite small and shaky every movement from the person on the bottom or on top you feel. I changed into a 4-person bedroom the beds are much nicer in there and you have a lot more space.

Pros: Clean place with friendly owners and a beautiful bar! The check in was easy and well thought of

Cons: It was a little bit far from the center even though I knew that. The beds were making a lot of noise and were old so it was tricky to move without waking someone. . They could put some curtains fom privacy since they were randomly put inside the room. ( In the middle, in front of toilet etc) There was an incident that even though the owners didn't have any fault ( serious damage from a backpacker) I felt they could handle it a little bit better for the others staying in the same dorm. In any case I would recommend to fellow backpackers

Pros: It’s located in a beautiful spot. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted. Since I was tired, I didn’t have the chance to socialize with the other guests, but their kindness and warmth were truly noticeable. I would recommend it not only for the place itself but also for the wonderful people you meet there.

A home away from home!

Pros: A truly homely vibe, that was clean, with friendly staff and a well stocked bar! I was made to feel so so welcome from start to finish, especially as a solo female traveller. Given great local recommendations, made some fab friends and will defo be back again!

Was the first time, but definitely not the last

Pros: Amazing location, amazing people, the hostel is very social, great amenities. Very clean and very beautiful. I would definitely stay again!

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here, everyone that worked there was incredibly friendly and helpful, I extended my stay for two additional nights. The hostel had a very bubbly and welcoming atmosphere with people sitting in the common area and willing to mingle which was lots of fun! I’d recommend to anyone solo travelling in Rhodes :)
