Pros: Everything was perfect 🤩! The private swimming pool was an absolute game changer. It’s a quiet place, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. You can easily reach the beach and all nearby spots by car. I’ll definitely come back!

Pros: Wonderful place and great host. Ioannis answered our questions very fast (within a minute!) and had the best recommendations for venues and restaurants. Every unit has its own pool with a lovely garden and terrace. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and we intend to come back.

Your second home in Rhodes

Pros: Exceptional place, we are so happy to having stayed there. Ioannis was super helpful, he was available anytime we had questions and was happy to share locations or tips with us to make the most of our stay. October was the PERFECT time to visit Rhodes, the weather was great, one could still swim in the pool or the sea (ideally at noon, in the evening was a bit chilly) the barbecue was available and even had some coal included for our first 2 grill nights. They generously offer everything in the kitchen. The wifi worked most of the time flawlessly, (it suddenly went off on our last day but we were about to check out anyways). If you rent a car the location is just great. I would definitely come here again, if not every year. :)

Cons: It's not something I don't like, but it would be better to make note for the future: - there are three houses that are conjoined, the gardens are next to each other and one can easily pass to other guests' living space. If you bring a dog (better to let them know beforehand) you have to watch out they don't run away and you must of course clean after them. You are not alone in this space. The walls are also kind of thin so it's quite easy to hear the other guests, so keep that in mind - it is not like a hotel, the cleaning is not done for your duration of stay (maybe unless you ask for it). The supplied toilet paper or anything else may run out so you may have to buy that if you're staying longer than a week perhaps (and the supermarket prices in Rhodes are more expensive than mainland Europe I'd note) - The location would be a bit harder to reach if we did not rent a car (but with the car it's just perfect) - the shower does not have a curtain so be prepared if your bathroom has a wet floor for a long time -when traveling with pets, it'd be better to clean their paws evertime they come back in, as the grass outside have thorns and the place can get dirty very quickly.

Very relaxing

Pros: Outside area was excellent with open sunny areas and shade too. Pool great for cooling off.

Cons: Not a fault but be aware. We had a car and this would be a good idea as its a decent walk to shops etc.

Hele fijne communicatie!!

Pros: De accommodatie was heel mooi!! Privé zwembad was heel fijn.

Cons: Het was moeilijk om taxi’s te krijgen vanaf het huisje.

Pros: Appartamento pulito e rifornito di ogni comfort! Parte esterna stupenda!!

Pros: Très bel emplacement. Hôte très serviable. Petite maison confortable. Jardin et terrasse bien aménagés. Très bonne localisation si on possède une voiture ou scooter. En 1h30 on atteint le sud de l'île.

Cons: Il faut avoir de la chance avec les voisins. Certains sont plus bruyants que d'autres. Dommage que la piscine soit en grande partie à l'ombre.

Pros: Na terenie objektu są trzy apartamenty i każdy z nich ma swój prywatny basen i przestrzeń do wypoczynku. Klimatyzacja dobrze działa. Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządcą obiektu.

Cons: Lokalizacja Koniecznie trzeba wynająć auto aby dostać się do pobliskich restauracji i sklepów. Na mapie wskazuje około 15min pieszo do sklepu ale droga jest bardzo niebezpieczna dla pieszych. Duży ruch i brak chodnika

Fantastisch appartement met je eigen privé zwembad in een mooie tuin.

Pros: Mooi appartement met een prachtige tuin met je eigen privé zwembad. Wij verbleven hier een week en de eerste paar dagen waren een oase van rust. De bedden waren stevig maar zeker niet slecht. De eigenaar hielt ons goed op de hoogte via de app. Een auto of een scooter is wel handig want de weg richting het strand is gevaarlijk om te lopen in het donker. Ps zorg goed voor de poesjes die er rond lopen

Cons: Wij hadden de pech dat we de laatste paar dagen nieuwe buren kregen. Het waren jonge lui die ontzettend veel lawaai maakte tot in de vroege uurtjes. De eigenaar hebben we een berichtje gestuurd of hij er iets van wilde zeggen, de volgende avond was het gelukkig rustig maar de laatste nacht was een drama. Maar ja het blijft een mooie locatie.
