Perfect tiny fully equipped villa in the hills with a harbor view at a great price and value!

Pros: I cannot gush enough about this property. We stayed the last week of September and outside of one day the weather was fantastic. The apartment was fairly easy to locate as it was just a short 15 minute walk from where the ferry docks. There are some stairs to climb, but it is manageable and not all the way at the top of the hill. We didn't have luggage. Keys were in a lockbox on the door so access was immediate. The place was super clean... not a crumb anywhere. They layout was perfect. Kitchen perfect, bathroom perfect and the bedroom even made me reminisce about my youth when I lived in a similar attic conversersion with the exact same bed frame! It was like I was home again, but this time with a beautiful view across the harbor. TV was also nice as we usually go to bed early to make the most of the next day. Host was easily contactable and helpful and any questions were promptly answered!

Cons: We wish we had known about Nanou beach earlier. It is the best beach and we only visited on our last day.

Pros: Ωραία θέα στον Γυαλό. Καθαριότητα, ησυχία. Άρτιος εξοπλισμός για άνετη διαμονή.

Cons: Αμέτρητες σκάλες για να φτάσεις, αλλα και πάλι, όλη η Συμη είναι έτσι!! Τις συνηθίζεις την 3η μέρα.

Pros: Το κατάλυμα ήταν σύγχρονο και είχε εκπληκτική θέα στη Σύμη.

Cons: Θα μπορούσε ο οικοδεσπότης να παρέχει μεταφορά από και προς το κατάλυμα κατά την άφιξη και την αναχώρηση δεδομένου ότι ήταν πολύ δύσκολη η πρόσβαση με τις αποσκευές.

Pros: Ό,τι και να πω γι' αυτό το σπίτι, θα είναι λίγο. Μόνο αν μείνει κανείς, καταλαβαίνει τι σημαίνει να σέβεσαι τον ενοικιαστή σου για να αισθάνεται φιλοξενούμενος. Δεν έλειπε ΤΙΠΟΤΑ. Όλα ήταν στην εντέλεια. Η διακόσμηση καλόγουστη. Οι εγκαταστάσεις καινούριες. Το μπαλκόνι και η θέα όνειρο. Κουζίνα, μπάνιο, υπνοδωμάτιο, καθιστικό πλήρως εξοπλισμένα για να μείνεις εβδομάδες.... Ευχαριστούμε θερμά!
