A lovely family holiday in a wonderful villa.
Pros: The villa was absolutely wonderful. The owner was extremely helpful and the villa was cleaned every other day which was great. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was amazing, absolutely perfect for our kids aged 9 and 12, and the villa was just a very short distance from a lovely beach with superb views.

Pros: Beach front location was gorgeous. All facilities, inside & out, maintained to a very high standard. Swimming pool is a fantastic addition and hot tub was an added bonus.

A memorable holiday with exceptional views and accommodation. 5*
Pros: A lovely welcome from our host who kindly supplied us with a few goodies on arrival. Very friendly. Villa was perfect and cleaned every other day. Bedding, towels and pool towels replaced every other day along with the pool and hot tub. Everything with clean modern- a home from home. This was a perfect location and exceeded our expectations - can’t wait to return.

Pros: We had high expectations coming into this holiday based on the pictures and some of the previous reviews, and the house exceeded all of them. Everything was perfect. The beach is sandy and not too busy; the taverna next door is probably the best we found in the whole area, and isn’t intrusive; and the views from the house are unbelievable - possibly the best views of the sun set you can get. The house is gated with plenty of parking at the rear, and a large lawn area to the side. It’s very spacious and cool in the heat, and is very well equipped. The pool completed the holiday. Savvas is an excellent host: Friendly and helpful, and always contactable should you need anything. We could not have asked for more, and would love to return here again one day.

Fabulous beach house in a beautiful location - recommended
Pros: The villa is exactly as it appears in the photos, set in a beautiful location above Kavos beach. It was private & we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. It’s only a short walk downhill to Kavos beach or across a few small rocks to the main Lee beach. The main restaurants in Pefkos are reachable by foot in around 10 minutes, plus there is a taverna nearby the villa that we liked. The villa had every practical item we needed, with the host paying attention to even the smaller details. The host ( Savvas) went the extra mile regarding making the villa welcoming, plus he proactively messaged us before arrival & to check we were ok between cleaning days during our stay. Very responsive. I’d recommend this property & would stay again.

Conclusion : perfect house on the ideal location…
Pros: When we first found this vacation house on booking.com, it looked picture-perfect ! On arriving the host Savvas was waiting for us and provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the house. The house feels like home in a heartbeat and is equipped with all things (and more) you would need on vacation. Oh my god, opening the window, the view was even prettier than on the pictures. Savvas is the most thoughtful, gracious host always willing to help, thank you for that. The beach is about 50-100m when you leave the house, easy if you want to take a quick dip in the sea. Conclusion : perfect house on the ideal location… Thanks Savvas for a wonderful week !

Pros: Vi elsket stedet.Både huset,uteområdet,beliggenheten,alt var perfekt.Det er ett sted man kan slappe helt av,veldig privat og usjenert.Alt man trenger er i nærheten.Man har en fantastisk nydelig strand i umiddelbar nærhet,en koselig taverna,en liten by med ett godt utvalg av butikker og koselige restauranter.Huset er rent og pent,alt er veldig delikat og innbydende.Sengene er gode å sove i,kjøkkenet har det man trenger(veldig god kaffemaskin som gir en god start på dagen☕️)Badene er delikate og rene.Savvas er en svært god vert som passer på at gjestene har det de trenger for ett godt opphold,han svarer raskt på spørsmål,og er svært hjelpsom.Vi er veldig imponert over alt ,og kunne gjerne tenkt oss å reise tilbake til Cavas Beach house🤗
Cons: Alt var perfekt(litt mye vind til tider,men det kan ingen styre😅)
