A truly relaxing and inspiring stay in a beautiful house with a wonderful host.

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay in Koskinou and discovered so many new and beautiful things during our time there. The house has a wonderful atmosphere — thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and pleasure in daily living. Everything we needed was there, and nothing was missing. Alexandra was an exceptional host, attentive to every detail and always ready to help with kindness and care. We felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay. If we visit Koskinou again, **Heliareti** will definitely be our first choice. Thank you, Alexandra, for making our stay so memorable!

Pros: The house was very beautiful and clean! We really loved it. Thank you! Koskinou village is a small and sympatic place to visit. You will find colourful houses and great atmosphere there. Also nice restaurants!

Pros: Alexandera is a great host and the communication with her was very easy and productive (she gave us some good tips). The apartment is wonderful and very unique. We were with kids and we had a good experience and great time there! It was clean, has the important equipment and well designed. The location is nice and it's a quite place. We really recommend

Pros: It has been renovated to an unbelievable high standard. The welcome was amazing with fruit, snacks and stocked fridge of assorted drinks. The host was also always on hand to assist with information etc.

Cons: We loved everything about the property

Would definitely recommend staying at Heliareti if you have a group of 5-6

Pros: The villa was beautiful! The host was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Everything about the place was perfect, and in a reasonably distanced area to everything (10 Minute Drive to Faliraki, 15 Minute Drive to Rhodes)

Cons: Streets were a bit narrow around the property but I guess that’s Greece in general. Nothing bad about the villa though.

Pros: אהבנו הכל! הבית מחולק בצורה נוחה למשפחה כמונו עם 4 ילדים (ולגמרי מתאים לקבוצה של מבוגרים) מרווחת ועם פטיו מקסים ומזמין. הכל חדש, נקי, מושקע ועם עיצוב מטריף. היה לנו כיף ונוח מאוד בנוסף, המיקום מעולה! מינימרקט במרחק הליכה, סופר במרחק 3 דקות נסיעה. אנחנו שכרנו רכב והיה לנו ממש נוח. חשוב לי גם לציין את אלכסנדרה שהיתה נעימה, מזמינה, שלחה לי מידע שימושי עוד לפני שהגענו והיתה זמינה לאורך כל השהייה.

Pros: הכל היה מושלם!!! לא להאמין איזה דירה מיוחדת, בתוך הכפר. אלכסנדרה, בעלת הנכס אישה מדהימה. המקום חדש מאוד ושמור מאוד,נקי ברמת מטורפת, מריח טוב כולל השמיכות ובכל הבית, הכל היה מדוייק, כל פינה מיוחדת. יחידת הורים סגורה עם מקלחת. בחלל השני, 3 מיטות זוגיות, ב2 גלריות עם מדרגות, נסגר בוילון, יש מקלחת נוספת לילדים. הרהיטים חדשים ומיוחדים, נעלי בית על כל מיטה, המיטות נוחות, בכניסה לדירה מרחב ישיבה נהדר ומשפחתי. הבית מאובזר בהכל!!! אמבטיות עם כל מה שצריך, מכונת כביסה, מדיח, מכונת קפה, מיקרוגל, תנור ועוד... אלכסנדרה פינקה אותנו בכל טוב! ריבות, דבש, ממתקים, פירות, שתייה, אלכוהול בקיצור מושלם. אין לי ספק שנחזור לשם. הכפר נמצא 8 קמ מפליראקי ו 7 קמ מרודוס. בכפר יש מסעדות וסופר קטן. כדאי להגיע עם רכב.
