Fabulous panoramic views of the coast - a characterful, well-maintained, old Greek residence.

Pros: Located in a small, very Greek village about 400 yards up a moderately steep hill from the main road. Neighbours were friendly and the nights were quiet once the dogs and kids had said 'kalinychta' to each other. Property was as described, oozing character but with modern amenities, decent hot showers, fast WiFi and shutters to keep out the heat of the day (28-30degC). The aged, single-unit aircon managed to keep the place cool. Lovely Egyptian cotton sheets and comfortable beds. The roof terrace with tables, chairs, loungers, large umbrella and solar night-lights was excellent in the early evening & night. Michael was the perfect host, he kept up good communication and is a lovely bloke. Private parking for the rentacar.

Cons: As reasonably fit sixty-somethings, we both felt that the flight of stairs leading to the roof terrace would benefit from a handrail or banister and some lighting at night, but after some wine and a few ouzos on the roof, they were much less intimidating. We both liked the open-plan nature of the mezzanine sleeping arrangements, but this might not suit more bashful clientele / people with children, from whom they would like some privacy.

Pros: Litsa Holiday Home is a wonderful choice for your stay in Rhodes if you're looking to immerse yourself in authentic Greek living. Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the island’s charming villages, vibrant towns, and beautiful nearby beaches. I highly recommend renting a car to make the most of your adventures. Michael, the host, greeted us warmly in person and provided a helpful overview of the property. He was proactive and responsive throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The village itself—and its friendly, welcoming neighbours—created a cozy, home-like atmosphere that we truly appreciated. The home offers plenty of space to unwind, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms for added comfort. The highlight, without question, is the stunning terrace with sweeping views of the mountains and ocean—a perfect spot to start or end your day. The convenience of a private carpark was an added bonus.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. :-)

Schönes typisches Haus in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick von der Dachterrasse

Pros: Das Haus ist authentisch renoviert und sehr gemütlich. Die Matratzen sind gut, allerdings reagierten die Metallbetten auf jede Bewegung. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist herrlich. Die Lage des Hauses zwischen Einheimischen ist toll, man wird, wenn man will, sofort integriert

Cons: Einige Kleinigkeiten: zu wenig Besteck, vor allem Kaffeelöffel. Die Tische im Wohnbereich waren nicht sehr stabil, so dass Getränke leicht verschüttet werden können. Auf der Dachterrasse ist nur ein Sonnenschirm, der bei Wind nicht geöffnet werden kann.

Wakacyjny dom

Pros: Super lokalizacja, wszelkie udogodnienia do plażowania są w domu. Bardzo miły personel. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. :)
