Brilliant property made all the better by the wonderful hosts.

Pros: The property is ideally situated a 15 minute walk from the main town/strip which means it’s far enough out the way to escape the noise and chaos, but still close enough. There is a supermarket and coffee shop at the bottom of the road and the bus stops are not too far away. Everything clean and has all the facilities and amenities you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a good outside dining area, sun beds and outdoor shower. The best thing about our stay was the friendliness and hospitality of the hosts, Eleni and Diamantis. They collected us from the bus stop and showed us around the property and gave us fruits from their garden during the stay, this made our stay even better. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Pros: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Faliraki! The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to the heart of the town. Grocery store and coffee shop is in 5 min walk from home. We had an easy access to numerous beaches, restaurants, and entertainment spots, all within a 10-15 minute car ride. The apartment itself was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere like in your own home. It was wery quiet place. The kitchen was brilliantly complete. The bathroom had soap, shower gel and shampoo. The apartment hosts were extremely nice, friendly and helpful in different situations. As well as sharing the tips where to go, what to see, in which restaurant/tavern authentically, deliciously to eat. Many sincere thanks to them. We highly recommend this apartment to other guests and would love to return in the future!

Perfect holiday location and the hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Pros: Perfect home away from home, everything you need under one roof, prime location, close to Faliraki centre but far enough away that you can have a quiet stay, supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property , we couldn’t fault it, we loved staying here.

Lovely accomodation and lovely hosts...

Pros: Quiet location, but still extremely central. We ate out in restaurants, but the house comes with the fully equipped kitchen, super cooling fridge and an outside area with the gas grill. In the outside area is also a shower (haven't used it). Hosts were extremely nice and friendly (got tomatoes and vegetables from their garden, freshly made cake and homemade marmalade). Definitely one of those holidays that we will remember as being extremely nice and relaxed. We felt welcome and extremely well taken care of. House comes with the washing machine (in the outdoor kitchen/grill area) which was really good because we stayed for two weeks. Every window and door was equipped with mosquito nets. There is an AB supermarket few minutes walk down the road. The friendly cat Tsitsina kept us company during our visit and made our evenings even nicer. Definitely place for a relaxing and quiet holiday away from the Faliraki main street (but still central)

Best hosts ever

Pros: Secluded but not too fair from the main strip, hosts were perfect an gave us gifts all the time (freshly grown vegetables,wine and baked cake etc) I now treat them like my family!

Pros: Exactly what you need - a clean, modern and spacious space, in a quiet location that allows a lot of privacy and lends for a relaxing holiday. We had a fantastic stay hosted by the most hospitable of couples and we felt really well looked after as the hosts were readily available to answer enquiries and give us recommendations about things to do. The apartment is just a stone’s throw away from the main touristy and beach areas with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife. Overall greatly recommended and would definitely book again next time I am visiting! Thank you for having us :)

Pros: La casa bellissima e nuova, dottata di tutti i comfort. Situata in contesto molto tranquillo ma vicina a centro. I proprietari molto amichevoli e alla mano. Consigliatissima.

Pros: Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es fehlte an nichts! Die Vermieterin und ihr Ehemann waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Pros: Wir waren schon in vielen anderen Ferienhäusern, aber so etwas habe ich selten erlebt. Das Haus ist erst 2 Jahre alt und mit viel Liebe von der Gastgeberin eingerichtet worden. Es wurde an alles gedacht und es fehlt an nichts in dem Haus. Da die Gastgeber nur 50 Meter entfernt wohnen, haben sich sehr nette Gespräche ergeben, in denen sie uns Tipps gaben, wo man am besten Essen und Baden gehen konnte. Sie fragten uns auch des öfteren, ob uns noch etwas fehlt und was man im Haus noch verbessern könnte. Daher gehe ich davon aus, daß das Haus in Zukunft, noch mehr zu bieten hat. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für alles.
