Spot on the sea

Pros: The property's location is suberb. Being located at the end of a road the property provides tranquility even in a small and not so busy town as Stegna. The beach is right across the street from the property and restaurants and shops are close by. Perfect!

Cons: The property lacks some maintenance (broken door handle etc.), but these are minor issues and do not affect the overall impression and experience.

Fantastic property situated on a beautiful beach, an absolute pleasure to stay with our little one for the week.

Pros: The location was excellent, right on the seafront, at the end of the promenade where there was parking, it was a little quieter compared to the main road for the beach, Stegna was a hidden gem for us, not busy like Lindos and cheaper to rent umbrellas with sun lounges (€15 for an umbrella and 2 loungers for the day compared to Lindos which was €30). It was beautiful to wake up and have breakfast on the terrace, or dinner, to sit and people watch with a drink if not off exploring or on the beach. The property is definitely worthwhile for a family holiday. Thanos was very responsive, helping us locate the property when we struggled with finding it on the address on the booking.com app. He checked in after a couple of days to make sure we were ok and messaged back quickly when I enquired about where to empty our rubbish in the main bins.

Cons: It was a little run down in some areas, the back door handle (kitchen door) was broken, we didn’t end up using it at all as the place is small enough to just use the front entrance to get in and out when going in the kitchen. The bathroom sliding door was quite stiff, making it difficult to get full privacy in there when needing to use the loo! The dining chair in the kitchen the screw fell out when we decided to sit in the kitchen for a late night dinner after a long day, I tried to screw it back in but hard to without a screw driver, I left the screw on top of the chair when we left hoping this would be fixed for future guests. Apart from those things, I really enjoyed my stay there. It was things that I thought I can overlook and not bother the property host about. The parking is essentially on the street, there is a large carpark outside where it is free and open to the public, there are also two restaurants located next to the property alongside other beach accommodations (similar to ours), we did not have any trouble with finding a space outside of our property apart from Sunday which seems the busiest day of the week for people to go out to eat, a local saw me struggling to parallel park in a tight space and thankfully moved his car so I could park a little away from where we were staying.

Stegna Bay Views & Good Soundproofing

Pros: Nice and sufficiently well-equipped apartment. The location on the edge of Stegna is good, with a truly stunning view of the sea and the entire Bay of Stegna. Every morning coffee on the terrace was an experience while watching the sea.

Cons: The central location causes a bit of noise, but the apartment's soundproofing is good. The internet connection varies and is sometimes very slow.

Pros: Appartamento dotato del necessario per un soggiorno rilassante fronte mare, posizionato in fondo al paese, nonostante avesse un ristorante sempre pieno proprio accanto, abbiamo passato 10 giorni meravigliosi in tranquillità. Attraversata la strada c'è il mare, piccoli market e locali nelle vicinanze, lettini e doccia esterni sono una plus che abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo.

Cons: All'arrivo in paese il telefono non ha campo, non sapevamo come contattare il proprietario. Appena siamo riusciti a telefonare ci è stata comunicata la combinazione per ritirare le chiavi. Consiglio di chiamare prima di arrivare per non rischiare di restare in attesa di qualcuno perché, almeno noi, non.abbiamo incontrato nessuno ma semplicemente avuto istruzioni al telefono. Personalmente non mi ha dato fastidio non avere incontrato il proprietario ma magari avessimo saputo prima del problema della linea ci saremmo organizzati meglio.

Pros: Skvělé místo. Velmi příjemný majitel, který nám nechal v lednici vody, víno. Ubytování je klidné, všechno, co potřebujete pro strávení dovolené. V okolí mnoho tavern i minimarkety.

Perfetta per una vacanza al mare!

Pros: posizione vincino al mare, terrazzo con lettini, doccia esterna, tavolo esterno, aria condizionata, cucina ben fornita, frigo capiente, c'era tutto quello che serviva, anche i gatti!

Cons: porta del bagno \

Pros: Posticino delizioso, il mare a pochi passi , alle spalle dietro al promontorio una caletta da favola. Stegna merita, ci ritornerei ben volentieri.
