Quiet and cozy
Pros: A nice and quiet hotel, suitable for those who are looking for a homely atmosphere. I liked that there was a capsule coffee machine in the rooms. Good value for money.
Cons: Due to the cyber attack in Europe, we missed our flight and had to check in to the hotel one day later. I tried to call to inform them, but unfortunately I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. To be honest, I didn’t really like the breakfast. You choose something from the à la carte menu, and then they bring a small plate with cake and bread. The bread slices were extremely thin, as well as the slice of cake.

Great location and good value for money. Very friendly hosts.
Pros: Location is fantastic. The staff is great. The breakfast was also nice.
Cons: The bathroom needs renovations and something to stop water from spilling out of the shower. There were towel holders and other things in the bathroom that were falling apart. The WiFi is not good. I could not connect. There is no clear explanation of when room cleaning happens. It should be better communicated. Sound proofing. We could hear when others were showering in their room.

Pros: The Villa Sanyan has a unique old-world charm. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day. It was ideal for a short stay.
Cons: We had a lovely balcony, but the room was a bit small. Saying that we had everything we needed and there is nothing you can do about the room

Pros: We really liked the check-in process – it was smooth and convenient. It's a self check-in, so you can arrive anytime after the official check-in time. Everything was super clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like the “beach bag” with towels and a small fridge in the room stocked with bottled water. Breakfasts were also a highlight. You get a menu to choose your meal, then your drink, and at the end, they bring you something sweet like a piece of cake. The location is fantastic – just a short walk (less than 1 km) to the historic city center and very close to some of the top-rated restaurants in Rhodes (rated 4.9 stars with over 1,300 reviews). We highly recommend staying here. It’s a lovely family-run business, and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with it just like we did.
Cons: It can be a bit noisy at night since the accommodation is close to cocktail bars and restaurants – so as you can imagine, there’s sometimes some street noise. But we used earphones to sleep and had no trouble sleeping through the night.

A beautiful boutique guesthouse close to all attractions.
Pros: Irina was very welcoming upon arrival. A glass of cold water and a map of Rhodes. The ‘Maria’ room had a beautiful balcony and nicely decorated. Walking distance to beach and loads of restaurants.
Cons: Nothing to write here as everything was great for me.

Way better than I imagined
Pros: Everything! The villa it’s authentically Greek style, very clean, with fresh toiletries and fresh towels every morning. You can eat outside because the weather is so nice and you are close to the old town, shops and the beaches( just a 10 min walk) where you can see the sunset and the sunrise. The food was plenty, very diverse, and Irene, the host was such a warm and kind woman, always making sure that we have everything and we are comfortable.
Cons: I can’t coment because to me there was nothing bad about it

Pros: My name is Paulina Velosa,I'm from Portugal, and I want to say that this place where I stayed with my son was the best I've ever been on vacation. The breakfast is delicious, the lady who serves it is one of the best people in the world. Everything is always very clean. I really felt at home. The lady gave us very good tips on the places to eat. I loved this place. One day I'll come back to stay in this place again. A hug❤️
