Good location with great staff

Pros: Nice location, near to both the beach and shopping. Anastasia is lovely and cared about to make our stay enjoyable! The room cleaner Maria is careful and helpful.

Pros: Had a fantastic stay at Omiros, good value for money, perfectly located to shops, beach and transport. The staff were just amazing, friendly, very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay just perfect. Anastasia did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable, even finding us extended accommodation after we had a ferry transfer cancelled.. A special thank you to Maria who ensured our room was kept spotlessly clean and was very friendly and worked in with us coming and going from the room to leave it professionally serviced.

Pros: Great location, clean accommodation, but the best was really nice owner, she was always ready to help and really pleasant. My flight was in the evening and I could come at 5pm to take a shower and pick up my things.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Omiros. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and even allowed us to stay longer so we didn’t have to wait for hours at the airport. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-prepared. Highly recommend this place – we would definitely come back!

Lovely Hotel, Friendly Staff, Great Location

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable, although small. There was a decent hairdryer in the room with a diffuser attachment also available. As soon as I mentioned to staff the kettle was leaking they immediately took it onboard and said they'll change it, even though I was checking out. Shower pressure was good and good temperature. Air conditioning works beautifully, woke up in the night too cold and had to turn it off. Location is perfect, right on the beach with cafes, shops and restaurants on the doorstep with on-site parking. They also provide beach towels.

Cons: Paper thin walls, could hear everything going on in the other rooms. Curtains weren't blackout, so the room got bright in the morning. There was no full length mirror but two smaller mirrors on the walls, however there is a full length mirror in the reception area

Pros: Great location it was 1 minute walk from the main strip and 1 minute walk from the beach. Anastasia was so lovely we had a late flight to go home and she let us keep our room until we had to leave that evening.

Pros: Fantastic location right in the center of Faliraki — just a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Free shaded parking was a big plus. Great value for the price! Daily cleaning with fresh towels and even beach towels was a nice touch. The property has great potential, but it's in need of some air-condition and equipment updates.

Cons: The building could use some renovation. The air conditioner was quite loud, the furniture felt dated and worn, and the shower only had a curtain instead of a proper enclosure (Greek standard). In its current state, it doesn't reflect a 4-star standard or the 9.4 rating shown on Booking — a more realistic rating would be around 7.6. The property does have potential, with a nice front terrace and restaurant area, although it's currently not in use and somewhat overgrown.
