Stegna with a perfect ambience.

Pros: Fantastic view, calm, serenity. A perfect breakaway from busy day to day desk life to a sanctuary in nature. We love different fauna and flora. Location for walking and getting your steps in is perfect. Easy access to Stegna beach.

Cons: We loved everything. However, if you are a city-slicker that cannot handle nature as it co-inhabits with you, then advice is: do not waste the host's or your time in efforts, rather go to a hotel resort. If walking is an issue for you...get a car due to location.

Pros: Very nice appartement, with beautiful view to the sea, in a quiet place, but 500 meters to the main street/beach of Stegna Well located in the middle between Lindos and Rhodes and other attraction Giogo, is a very good host ! We will come back !

A nice house with lovely views of Stegna Bay with great hosts

Pros: The property (upper floor) is relatively new built with good size rooms (so plenty of space to move around). It's relatively close to the beach (5 minutes by car) and you have a beautiful view of Stegna Bay from the balcony and living/kitchen area. Stegna beach is very nice and has few mini supermarkets, restaurants and bars, so pretty much you have everything you need to stay around during your stay without having to move. Archangelos is the largest closest city (10 minutes by car) where you have more options if needed. Lindos and Town Centre are about 30/40 minutes driving from the Stegna. The property can easily accommodate 5/6 people, as you have 4 beds in the bedroom (1 king size and 2 singles) and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The hosts (living in the lower floor) were amazing: very friendly, kind and available to help with anything needed.

Cons: The lack of an Air Conditioning unit in the living/kitchen area. There is one big AirCon unit in the bedroom (which we used every night) but despite having the connecting door to the living/kitchen area open all the time, there was no chance for the cool air to reach that room, so temperature difference moving from one room to the other was obvious. During night, temperature was dropping so we could leave the front doors open to have some fresh warm air, but during the day it's not possible as outside is quite hot. I recommended the hosts to install a second AirCon unit to provide the right comfort to a Holiday Rental property. So if you suffer from high temperatures then you need to think about this. Furthermore, there is no chance to reach the property if it is not with a car as this is sitting in the mountain plus there is no asphalt to the property. Finally, before getting there request for the specific pin point location of the property as the details in Booking are incorrect and will lead you to a place nearby which is not the right one. There is no phone signal in the mountain and valley close to the beach, so I had to go with the car up in the mountain couple of times to get some signal and communicate with the host to try to reach the property. It took me almost 45 minutes to find the place as it was almost 2 am when we reached Stegna and following the indications from Google Maps with the details we had was unsuccessful. At the end, I had to agreed a meeting point with the host near the beach to be collected and taken to the property. This was also communicated to the hosts so hopefully directions to the property are updated or given correctly in advanced. Other minor things were communicated to the hosts which shouldn't bother many people during the stay which I'm sure will be taken care soon.

Wonderful breakout in a magic spot on Rhodos. Easter might be the best time to stay avoiding summer

Pros: It's a wonderful house in the probably quietest corner of Rhodos. It's very comfortable and has a wonderfull terasse to face the sea and the sunrise! The hosts are most kind and helpful with really everything. the location is ideal for trips to everywhere on the island. You can even start hiking from the door.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Fantastic view and host at Petronas Land House!

Pros: Loved the view and Γιώργος was the best host in booking. He made us feel welcome from the minute we met him. He was very kind as was his wife Vera. He went above and beyond to treat us like family, including letting me pick flowers, tomatoes and lemons from his garden and asking us to join him for water, coffee, watermelon and melon several times which felt natural to just sit and talk with them. Γιώργος who is the manager of a local restaurant gave us a fantastic experience by setting up a memorable birthday dinner for our friends who were visiting with hats, sparklers and singing.

Face à la mer

Pros: Maison typique et confortable très bien située sur l'île. Endroit calme et reposant.. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Contact direct avec la nature environnante. Parking aisé Giorgos, le propriétaire, est présent tout en étant discret, plein de gentilles attentions.

Cons: Pas de réseau téléphonique disponible ni internet pendant le séjour

Pros: On a passé 2 semaines des vacances dans cette magnifique maison. Tout a été parfait. Si vous cherchez le calme et la vue c’est ici qu’il faut venir. La maison est neuve, la literie est top, on a très bien dormi. George, le hote de la maison, est super, tous les jours il nous a gâté avec des fruits de son jardin.

Cons: Rien

Pros: Many thanks to Georgios our host. He was very friendly and gave us the feeling like living together with a good friend. The house and the area around is very beautiful and calm. The view from the balcony of the see and the sunrise in the morning is wonderful. The distance to the beach to Stegna is not far (we mostly walked by foot), but in general a car is necessary to reach the house and for interesting excursions on the island. In Stegna there exists al lot of cozy taverns with fresh fish and seafood. The water and beach was also beautiful. All in all it was one of our best holidays at all and we really plan to come again to met Georgios again. \

Cons: There was nothing to complain. It was perfect at all.

Pros: Das Petronas Land Haus hat eine wunderschöne Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage war klasse, um verschiedene Strände und die Städte Lindos und Rhodos zu besuchen. Der kleine Ort Stegna, wo sich das Haus befindet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren dort zwei mal sehr lecker essen und auch zwei mal am Strand. Der Gastgeber ist eine sehr, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und herzliche Person. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Pros: Chalet confortable avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Propriétaire très sympathique, aux petits soins, qui nous a apporté des légumes de son potager. Un grand merci pour son accueil.

Cons: Une petite amélioration pourrait être apportée dans la salle de bain, prévoir un rideau de douche à la baignoire afin de pouvoir combiner les deux. Mais c'est juste un détail.
