Zacosta Villa - a Heritage Hotel

A heartfelt thank you to John and Georg - You made us feel like we were staying with friends.

Pros: We felt very comfortable at the personally managed Zacosta Villa Hotel. Even the first contact was very friendly; John picked us up with the golf cart from the recommended, free parking lot and gave us many tips about our visit (Sightseeing and Restaurants). The Villa is very centrally located but quiet in the old town, our room was cozy and very clean. In the courtyard, Georg welcomed us the next morning with a delicious breakfast. The checkout and the return transport to the rental car were also simple and reliable.

Pros: Wonderful host who collected us from the port and kindly let us check in very early! Wonderful room and very comfortable bed! Would absolutely return

Excellent, a most enjoyable experience

Pros: Proactive and courteous pre-arrival communications, thank you George; followed up with a friendly and warm welcome. Timely and informative meet & greet at taxi drop-off point, despite our delayed arrival, and a swift comfortable electric-buggy ride for the short final transfer to the hotel, thank you John. Our room, Raimondo, was compact yet comfortable, perfect for our sole overnight stay before our onward journey to Symi. Breakfast in the hotel's peaceful courtyard was most pleasant; the continental buffet selection and quality was very good, just right for setting one up for an early start. Located off a narrow side lane in a charming and atmospheric quieter quarter of the old town, yet just a short stroll from the top of the bustling main pedestrian thoroughfare (Sokratous), close to some excellent restaurants (the closest, Nomad, is a particular highlight). All in all a most enjoyable experience, highly recommended.

Stunning little hotel

Pros: It truly is a little gem of a place ! Room was lovely , the whole place had a lovely feel with a touch of luxury . George is an amazing host . Found out had studied hotel management in the uk ! And it truly shows as everything is very well thought out ! Nothing was too much to insure our stay was superb ! Thank you !

Pros: everything surpassed expectation with our stay at Zacosta Villa Hotel. we only had 1 night booked but it was incredible from start to finish - from the attention the detail in the room to the beautiful breakfast on the veranda.

Cons: nothing - it was amazing.
