Super quiet location, very comfortable.
Pros: Excellent apartment. Looks to have been refurbished recently. Very clean throughout; everything there worked. Comfortable bed. Fly screens to keep mosquitoes out would be the only “nice to have”; however - not essential with the aircon option.
Cons: Not a big negative - but others to be aware of needing to climb a few stairs to get to the property.

The love is there
Pros: We arrived in Symi and I fell in love totally. At the arrival the staff picked us up and immediately showed the incredible Greek friendly approach. The apartment is a dream with a stunning view away from the busy island central area of Gialos: beautiful but noisy and packed with tourists on a day trip. The bedroom is spacious and cozy at the same time and we had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the bay every single day. It was magic. The main room very nice and clean, so it was the bathroom with a huge shower. You need to rent a bike to have the best experience but Symi will enchant you for life.
Cons: Nothing at all! It was all perfect. I probably would add a microwave in the kitchen but this is it

Lovely town and beaches around the island.
Pros: Comfortable bed, lovely view from the tiny balcony (apartment 3), good shower room with washing machine, very quiet and close to the nice bars and tavernas of the Chorio. Maria collecting us by golf cart from the ferry was a god-send.
Cons: The hike up from the port is not for everyone and the pathways are littered with cat shit, which is quite surprising as the Greeks are normally so good at cleaning the streets. There was a dreadful drain smell from the kitchen sink. Small issues, that didnt prevent us from enjoying a 4 night stay.

Pros: Very modern and a nice apartment. The walk up is relativley short, but steep. So could be hard in the summer, but is not longer than 15-20 min

Pros: Lovely comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the port from the balcony. They sent us a car to collect us from the ferry which was very useful.
Cons: It can be quite tricky to get up and down to the main port area especially with large bags, so worth considering if you have any mobility issues.

Pros: Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό αλλά εξυπηρετεί καλύτερα κάποιον με μηχανάκι γιατί βρίσκεται ψηλά. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία , ιδανική για να χαλαρώσεις και να ηρεμήσεις και δεν θες να είσαι στην βαβούρα του λιμανιού . Είχαμε μηχανάκι και ήταν ιδανικό για το κατάλυμα.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit sehr schönem Blick, aber nur für sportliche Gäste.
Pros: Ein kleiner, schöner Balkon, Richtung Osten zum Frühstücken und eine Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick auf den Hafen, großzügige Räumlichkeiten.
Cons: Die Wohnung war nur fußläufig zu erreichen, vom Hafen aus über 190 Stufen bis zur Wohnung. Man musste sich einen Roller mieten, um die Stufenanzahl auf circa 40 Stufen zu reduzieren.. Sehr unfreundlich fanden wir, dass das Personal anbot uns das erste Mal mit allem Gepäck bis zu den 40 Stufen hoch zu fahren, aber uns von der Fähre über 1 km und zwei weitere Treppen bis zum Büro der Elpidas Apartments mit vollem Gepäck laufen ließ, um dann mit dem Golfcaddy den selben Weg bis zur Fähre wieder zurück zu fahren und weiter ein Stück bergauf. Auf unsere leichte Verwunderung wegen der vielen Stufen erhielten wir die ignorante Bemerkung, dass wir die Beschreibung hätten genauer lesen sollen. Tatsächlich stand in der Beschreibung unter der Rubrik behindertengerecht lediglich, dass das obere Stockwerk des Gebäudes über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist.

Magnifique séjour à Symi, avec splendide vue mer
Pros: L'appartement très confortable, joliment décoré et bien équipé La magnifique terrasse surplombant Symi avec une superbe vue Le calme et tranquillité du quartier L'accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôtesse
Cons: L'accès est un peu difficile avec de nombreuses marches Mais c'est le prix à payer pour bénéficier du calme et surtout de la vue grandiose sur la ville et la mer.....
