First time in Symi and loved every minute

Pros: Great location with direct access to sea front for swimming. Very friendly and helpful hosts always happy to give tips and advice to make the most of your stay. small but clean and comfortable studio apartment with everything you need for a holiday. Easy access to 2 local restaurants or a half hour walk (over hilly terrain) to the town and port for greater choice of bars and restaurants. Scooter recommended for touring the island but boat taxis also widely available from the port.

Perfectly located and exceptionally well run spot for a quiet break.

Pros: Well equipped studio. Unmatched location. Incredibly well run family owned property. Hosts are only too happy to help with any issues. The property is away from the main harbour which makes it quiet and perfect for a quiet vacation. Ferry transfers were arranged by host.

Cons: Morning at all, everything is exceptional.

Pros: Everything was just superb, super welcoming and available for every request!

Just book it. Magical stay in wonderful Efti’s Nimborio escape!

Pros: Everything was magical from the cosy little apartment to the amazing setting and Efti was a wonderful host. Her and her family made us feel super welcome and was there for us for whatever we needed!

Cons: I actually cannot fault this property, missing it already!

Relaxing stay next to the most beautiful blue water

Pros: I had such a relaxing stay. Eftichia and her family were so friendly and checked that I had everything I needed. The room is full of thoughtful touches. Highly highly recommend for a calm stay on the island. Will definitely go back

Pros: We had an amazing time here at Ponente with the most special Hosts Efti and Philemon taking care of us from beginning to end. The apartment with its own little jetty at the sea was spotlessly clean, featuring absolutely everything we needed with every comfort we could wish for. Efti was so generous - taking care of all our needs. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so kind and thoughtful. We wish you and your beautiful family all our love back to Symi - take care - and hope to come again ….

Lovely - ticket the box for sun, sea and relaxation

Pros: Location & host are superb. lying out on the sun loungers right next to the sea

Cons: The location is remote. There is a taverna a short walk away (not the best) but also a fabulous hotel further up the hill. It's about a 35 minute walk into town and the nearest supermarket, taxis are are available.

Bliss!

Pros: Location was peaceful, 5 minutes from Nimborio beach. Private Jetty for swimming at the front of the apartment. Efti and her whole family were such kind hosts, always available to answer any questions or help us with anything we needed.

Pros: Wow! I really loved staying at Ponente. The studio appartment is great for one person. Everything I needed was there - amazing beds, shower was great, there even was a bottle of wine for me :-). The hosts were super friendly and helpfull. I really recommend coming here.

Peaceful, laid back apartment right on the sea

Pros: Efti is a dynamo. Everything organised perfectly. We actually saw more of her Mom, who was very kind, chatty and helpful. Good food in the local taverna and we had a couple of really nice dinners in Hotel Niriidies, which is close by.

Cons: We had a couple of very windy days (start of October) which meant the taxi boat was suspended one day. Took about 35 mins to walk to Tholos, our favourite restaurant.
