Beautiful, comfortable, and great place

Pros: Incredibly located. Close to the city center, the coast, the beautiful port, and the old town of Rhodes - everything you need for a full and pleasant stay on the island. The apartment is perfectly clean, and it absolutely has everything you need in a household. A composition of luxury, cleanliness, and comfort. The hosts are incredibly kind and available at any time of the day. A place that can make your stay in this incredibly beautiful place completely comfortable and convenient.

Good base for seeing the island.

Pros: An apartment which was like being home from. Easy to get to the Old Town and beach.

FANANITATASTIC!

Pros: Location was excellent.....in the new town , but very close to the old town.. Only 8 minutes walk to the centre of the new town. Plenty of shops/ restaurants/ convenience stores nearby. Close to tourist information centres.. Very quiet at night as good soundproofing and away from main road..

Cons: During the day ( especially)... this lane is used by cars and motorcycles/ mopeds......and they drive fast. Caution is needed.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist super Zentral. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand und in die Altstadt. Ist mitten in der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Caffee und dennoch sehr Ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung hat eine super Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Was mich wirklich beeindruckt hat... ich wollte in der Wohnung den Fußboden saugen, leider war der Staubsauger defekt. Eine Whatsapp Nachricht hat gereicht und wir haben direkt einen neuen Staubsauger bekommen. Wenn wir wieder in Rhodos sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen. Auch solche kleinen Gästen wie beritgestellter Obstkorb und Kaffee hat uns sehr gefreut.

Cons: Am letzten Tag kam aus dem Abfluss (Boden) im Badezimmer etwas Wasser hoch während ich geduscht habe. War nicht schlimm aber ich möchte es hier erwähnen, um dem Eigentümer die Möglichkeit zu geben, es zu verbessern.

Buena ubicación, confort básico

Pros: Piso bien situado, con balcón agradable a pesar de estar en una calle estrecha. Sofá amplio. Se aparca en la calle, pegando el coche al muro de enfrente. Si no, hay un parking de pago justo al lado (nosotros no tuvimos que utilizarlo). El barrio es agradable, tiene tiendas y bares cerca, está en la parte moderna construida en la época de la colonización italiana. El casco histórico está a tiro de piedra, se va andando a todas partes. Habían dejado fruta y algunas botellas para cuando llegáramos.

Cons: Como todo piso gestionado por una agencia, muchos detalles dejan que desear. La limpieza era mejorable, había hormigas vivas y muertas en el dormitorio pequeño. Tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico, papel de cocina y servilletas, la iluminación del salón es un poco desagradable y la decoración, aunque eso va en gustos, es un dechado de falsa sofisticación.
