Cons: Noise installation isn’t the best, so can hear a lot of the outside traffic and music from bars nearby.

Great location, amazing staff

Pros: The owner was very welcoming. He was kind enough to helped us throughout ours stay with things like booking taxis and treated us to a round of drinks at the restaurant. The apartment has the most beautiful views too. Amazing location! Beautiful beach just outside the apartment was great for swimming.

Pros: Amazing location and view from the apartment to the sea. 5 min walking distance to the old city and 30 seconds to the beach and downstairs restaurant with best food we had in Rhodos. The apartment had everything we needed and if we missed something Kostas and Maria made sure we get it and more. Such friendly people and we will definitely be back.

Cons: Just a bit more focus on cleaning but nothing that can't be fixed.

The perfect place in Rhodes

Pros: La Terrazza is located in a perfect place on the seashore, just next to the old town. The view is beautiful, many restaurants nearby and there’s a big open parking place next to the building. Our host, Mr Kostas was very helpful and friendly. We got a lot of useful informations, recommendations&tips from him. Thanks a lot again Mr Kostas! Definitely recommended!

Pros: Harika bir manzara . Konum olarak merkezde yer alıyor. Dairenin içinde her şey mevcut. Günlük kullanım için tuz , biber , deterjanlar , tuvalet kâğıdı ve sair tüm malzemeler fazlasıyla konulmuş. Evin önünde tertemiz bir kumsallı plajda sabahları denize girdik. Üç gece konakladığımız bu evde çok rahat ettik. Ev sahibi samimi ve konuksever. Hemen alt kattaki restorantı da aynı ev sahibi işletiyor.Restoranttaki yemekler güzeldi. Biz ahtapot ve kalamar tercih ettik her ikisi de harikaydı. Bir gece de Yunan gecesi canlı müzik yapıldı . Çok eğlendik. Tekrar geleceğiz ve senin Varvayanni ‘ni içeceğiz Konstantin .

A wonderful stay with space to spread out and relax.

Pros: Location was across from small beach, short walk to walled old city and the room has a view over the harbor. The host was very accommodating, good sense of humor and helpful. The room was large with a kitchen. The decor and layout is a little funky but we liked it- I would stay there again.

Cons: The stairs going up and down could use some safety strips. Also the sink in the bathroom was pretty small.

le meilleur attique de la ville de RHODES

Pros: Le meilleur attique de la ville, avec une vue imprenable sur le port et ses activités. Très grand appartement, très très bien équipé, avec en plus un vrai souci de décoration très réussie ( nous avons utilisé la machine à laver). Le propriétaire a également le restaurant situé en dessous. Ne pas rater la soirée musique grecque du samedi soir, qui attire un public confirmé local (mieux vaut réserver même si on habite au dessus). Parking à côté de l'appartement, permettant de garer un ou plusieurs véhicules de location sans frais et sans insécurité. Très bonne literie. Des quantités d'abonnements sur la tv ( on ne les a pas regardés, pas eu le temps!). Le propriétaire est super sympa. Bref beaucoup de points positifs.

Cons: route un peu bruyante

Pros: la vista sul porto personalmente non ha prezzo il proprietario , il signor Costantino è stato gentilissimo ci ha fatto trovare l'occorrente per la colazione e non solo per il primo giorno, e nel frigo c'erano birra acqua e una bottiglia di vino. Assolutamente non scontato e sinceramente è la prima volta che mi capita da quando viaggio.

Cons: Om ni gillar att gå med smala klackar, är det nog smartast att ta av er dom när ni ska gå i trappan
