A place worth recommending

Pros: Dymitr's house is an excellent choice for those who value comfort, space, and independence. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and rooms that offer privacy. The host was very friendly and willingly accommodated my unusual arrival time and allowed me to check out later. The house has its own shaded parking space. Good restaurants and shops are nearby.

Cons: Our stay was in mid-October, just as the rainy season was starting, so perhaps there was some dampness in the house

Wonderful vacation

Pros: Very clean, neatly ordered, and comfortable house. Close to the old town. Has a big parking spot with a big shadow because of the trees. Bill's hospitality was great. Our family had un amazing time in Rhodes. Thank you for everything!

Very good place for a family

Pros: Very nice conditions, very practical place with several rooms, very close to the center and the beach. Great for several people or a family with children. Typical local places in the area, different from those in the old town. Very good contact with the host. We will definitely come back here in the future.

Nicely renovated old house

Pros: It’s an older freshly renovated house located just outside the medieval town. The owner is very nice and he tried to do his best to meet our wishes. Parking the car was possible just in front of the house. There were even toys for kids, something I always appreciate. Excellent value for the money.

Cons: The only downside was insufficient number of dishes in the kitchen (cups, plates…). But there was a dishwasher, so not huge issue anyway.

Pros: Very cozy, nicely furnished place. Extremely clean. Perfect communication with the host. I recommend it.

Pros: Andava tutto bene, molto pulito e l'host cortese. Ad esempio: ci occorreva una pentola grande per cucinare la pasta per 4 (gli spaghetti non si devono spezzare, vanno cucinati interi) e l'host, su nostra richiesta, l'ha acquistata e ce l'ha portata immediatamente
