Park House -beside the Medieval Town of Rhodes-free parking

Superb location for visiting the walled city

Pros: Great location so close the the old city walls and with the ability to park easily. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and we loved the roof terrace.

Cons: The unusual layout and the stairs could be a little awkward and care was needed going up to the kitchen and roof terrace. However it was not a huge problem and the other benefits outweighed this.

Amazing property

Pros: Park house is a dream Greek house to stay in. It has everything you need and more. The house was spotless clean and bedding / towels smelled fresh. Both bedrooms are a great size. One is like a bedroom and living room with a sofa where we watched movies. Both very comfortable beds. The shower is good pressure and lots of hot water. There is a terrace on every room. The roof terrace is nice to eat meals and have a drink. Parking is all around the property and it’s a short walk to the castle. The pictures don’t do it justice and staying there was like staying at your Greek aunties house. I just loved it. Toula is a dream host.

Cons: This is not a fault however people staying need to know the property is on 3 levels, so mobility is needed to use stairs. Plus if there is small children the stairs could be problematic. Like I said was not something I didn’t like just be aware. I will 100% stay again.

Pros: Perfect location, cozy, clean apartments. Very helpfull staff.

Cons: One small think in the hallway-it could be a hanger for outwear :).

Best deal in Rhodes town, real Greek experience! :)

Pros: Everything, it was a pleasure to stay in a real Greek apartment with a roof terrace, so close to everything! The private parking lot was a real treasure, it was so easy to get in the old town in less than 2 minutes. The owner was very-very kind and helpful, we loved her and her apartment just as well! :) Thank You Toula! :)

One of the best places I have stayed in

Pros: Everything. Roof terrace. Location. Clean lots of pot pans ect. Nothing negative at all. Host Toula was the best kept in Touch and allowed us to stay longer as late flight. . Plus free Carpark 2 minutes walk to the old town. Netflix but we did not use it

Pros: The location is just perfect! Very close to the Old Town, but not within the walls, so we could enjoy our time in privacy, away from the bustling tourist hiperactivity. The vegetation around was priceless as the air was really hot and the sun scorching. The house itself was clean, very comfortable, and pleasant. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace at night or in the mornings. The breeze was very pleasant there. Toula, the hostess, was very nice and sympathetic.

Cons: It wasn't really a problem, but the nearby street is noisy all night long, so we couldn't keep the windows open, but the air conditioning did its job and we could sleep with the windows closed. Also, if you don't like stairs, take into account that the house is vertical and every area is on a different floor, with 14-steps stairs between each, which are steep enough and without rails. You need to be a little careful with them. Again, not really a problem.

Perfect place for our stay

Pros: The apartment was 2 minutes walk from the old town walls, and perfectly located for day trips to Lindos and other places. The roof terrace was bigger than it looks on the listing, and the house was spotless. Thank you Toula!
