Villa Pavlina

Fantastic, great host, great area

Pros: Near the beach and restaurants and a Taxi rank just 5 minutes away, apartment was beautiful and it has all you need for a holiday in the sun, nice view in the evening etc...

Cons: The bathroom door would not lock, that was the only issue we had, but this is easily fixed

Overall very good and clean property with decent air conditioning but it was set to lowest temp of 25 and we would have

Pros: Location is great close to Rhodes town and plenty of local restaurants and activities. The beach is great also but bring swim shoes as it is a stony beach

Cons: The pool is a bit away and only for people 15 and over so we never used it and no jacuzzi that we could see. The apartment is a little smaller than the photos make out

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, despite a few minor inconveniences.

Pros: The apartment is new, spacious, and very comfortable. It has three air conditioning units, so it cools down quickly, even on hot days. There are electric blinds and mosquito nets on the windows, which is a great plus. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival.

Cons: Both beds were new, but unfortunately, we found them very uncomfortable for sleeping. Upon arrival, we immediately removed the automatic air freshener due to its very strong and intense scent, which was overwhelming for us. The kitchen is equipped with only basic cookware and a very limited amount of dishes, so preparing more elaborate meals is not really possible. The building is currently located in the middle of a construction site, but this didn’t bother us. In fact, it turned out to be a small advantage, as we were able to park our car directly in front of the building.

Great place for a longer stay!

Pros: The neighborhood is very nice, you can see the Sea while sitting on the terrace. The apartment is very big, has two bedrooms (one with a small balcony), a big living room with a TV, a kitchen and a bathroom. This is a great place for a longer trip - all the appliances are there (washing machine with a detergent, vacuum cleaner, microwave etc.). Everything was very clean (all necessary cleaning products were there). The owner is very nice and ready to help! I highly recommend it! :D

I had the best time here

Pros: I want to say thank you to Villa Pavlina owners, I had a really good time staying here. Our apartment was really nice, clean, cozy, we had everything what we needed, plates, cups, clean towels, clean bedsheets, even the shower gel and hot iron! Also, the owners was really nice, they were really friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you a lot!!!

Ruhige entspannte Lage aber dennoch zentral.

Pros: Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Strandnähe und zentral zur Stadt aber dennoch ruhig. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns auf einen nächsten Besuch in Ixia. Pavlo ist erreichbar wenn etwas sein sollte, läßt seine Gäste ansonsten komplett in Ruhe.

Cons: Der Code für den Schlüssel ist recht schlecht zu erkennen da die Zahlen recht klein sind. Ansonsten würde ich diese Unterkunft zu 100% wieder buchen.

Pros: הדירה הייתה מסודרת, נקייה והיה בה הכל, דאגו לכל פרט קטן שיהיה בדירה. הדירה הייתה במיקום מרכזי.

Wunderschöne modern Wohnung mit Blick auf Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer 🌞🏖

Pros: Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt gewesen, für uns als Familie mit Kind. Sie war sehr sauber, modern, bietet genug Stauraum, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer auf der Terrasse. In der Küche ist auch das nötigste Vorhanden, um sich selbst verpflegen zu können, wenn man denn mal nicht essen gehen will. Von der großen Terrasse sah man das Meer und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Der Weg zum Strand dauerte keine 5 Minuten.. Der Gastgeber war ganz einfach über Whatsapp zu erreichen. Er hat schnell eine Lösung gefunden, für den defekten Fernseher im Wohnraum. Es gab ja aber auch in jedem Schlafzimmer einen. Checkin und Checkout liefen problemlos und unabhängig vom Gastgeber ab.

Cons: Dass der Urlaub auch irgendwann wieder zu Ende ging.

Pros: Appartments are nice, everything you need for vacation is there.
