Pros: Everything was great. The host was kind, and flexible with the arrival time. Waited us with cold water in the fridge and basic necessities for the first day, so we didn't had to rush to a shop. Clean and fully equipped house. The host's mother baked a traditional spinach pie for a breakfast. Honestly was one of our best apartment and host We've ever been. I can only recomend.

Cons: Not a single thing.

Pros: This appartment had everything you can ask for and more! We appreciated the comfortable beds and the good AC – very important for a stay in Greece in summertime. The appartment was spacious and clean. The luxury of having two bathrooms speeds up the morning routines. Washing machine, dishwasher etc – well the apartment really lived up to the descriptions at Booking.com. The host did everything to make us comfortable and gave us very valuable tips about restaurants, beaches and other recommendations. The host responded quickly when we had questions. If you have a (rental) car this location is perfect because it is some distance away from the crowded tourist areas. Thank you Terry and family!

Lovely apartment. Lovely kind hosts . A bit out of town but it was our choice of course.

Pros: The owners were very accommodating helpful and kind . We couldn’t have expected any better as they thought of everything to help make our stay best as they could. Including kindness of providing the little extras on our very late arrival and also for the family bringing surprise cake etc . Your extreme kindness was very much appreciated. Cons: It annoyed us that we had to wait a long time for a taxi that was already booked in advance through booking.com . While we could have easily got one instantly outside airport. Taxi then took us to the destination on booking.com details of apartment address and At early hours of the morning in complete darkness we were left in middle of nowhere. Two pensioners 73 . and 63 .Taxi driver insisted it was correct address and was about to drive off . I insisted that I think it is not correct Luckily he waited a few minutes while I called the landlord . Then we waited for him to call his father to call to guide the taxi driver. Basically the first day then was ruined to catch up with sleep etc . Only minor details considering the quality of the apartment. Unfortunately the tv of course is to be expected was not catered for English speaking clients. very rarely is around Europe. Apartment is really nice but being way out of town we thought we would be able to stay in occasionally and watch a film . The other thing we didn’t like . Not fault of landlords. But the roads are really dangerous no pavements to walk . We like to walk around on holiday to explore the areas . We had no car at first and walked to try and go to shops for food. Unfortunately all closed being Sunday. we were nearly knocked over on one sharp corner by a bus . and to take the garbage from apartment is about 100 meters or more along the road to a main bin . So ended up being a necessity for safety to hire a car in the end .

Great stay, nice amenities, and a warm and welcoming host.

Pros: The host (Terry) and his family were extremely nice and helpful. The apartment has nice amenities and is suitable for short stays as well as longer stays. There are a supermarket, a gas station, a bakery, a pharmacy, and other stores at a walking distance from the apartment. It is only a few kilometers away from the city of Rhodes, and a 30 minute walk puts you at the seaside. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: Wonderful apartment! Spacious, nicely decorated, fully equipped and clean. We felt like at home. Many thanks for treats left in apartment and for delicious cake! Terry is amazing host, very helpful and friendly, he cares for you to feel satisfied with your stay, responses very fast on messages. He even send us guide - places to visit and restaurants recommendations. It was very helpful :) I truly recommend that place!

Pros: Butas erdvus ir labai švarus, matosi, kad šeimininkai labai stengiasi. Lovos patogios, jauki terasa, kurioje galima sėdėti vakarais. Šeimininkai vaišino pyragu ir paliko dovanėlę pabaigoje, taip pat atvykimo dieną buvo šiek tiek maisto šaldytuve ir butelis vyno.

Cons: Norėtųsi, kad būtų palikta daugiau priemonių, pvz 6 indaplovių kapsulės gyvenant 6 dienas ir pan., kadangi pirkti visą kapsulių maišą dėl poros kapsulių labai nepatogu. Ir geriau būtų patalynę plauti ne tokiu kvepiančiu skalbikliu, nes tai nelabai tinka alergiškiems žmonėms. Bet čia žinoma smulkmenos. Apskritai labai geras kainos ir kokybės santykis.

Pros: Iszonyatosan kedves a szállásadó, rendkívűl segítőkész. Borral és esti vacsoráravalóval kedveskedtek nekünk, jégkocka be volt készítve a hűtőbe. . Az apartmann tökéletes volt, jól felszerelt, tiszta, hangulatos terasszal. A lépcsőház is tiszta volt, ráadásul lift is található benne, ami nagyon megkönnyiti a cuccok felcipelését. A környék csendes. A szálláshely a tengerparttól autóval körülbelül 10 percre van a szállás. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom.

Eccezionale appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, perfetto per un soggiorno a Rodi

Pros: Appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi, per esempio: zanzariere (anche se zanzare non ne abbiamo viste), aria condizionata, lavatrice, forno, lavastoviglie; ampi spazi interni ed esterni (due balconi arredati e ampi). L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato pulitissimo e con tutto l'occorrente per tenerlo in ordine. Il proprietario è stato davvero cortese, contattandoci ad inizio e durante il nostro soggiorno fornendoci suggerimenti su cosa vedere e dove mangiare a Rodi. Inoltre ci ha deliziato, durante il soggiorno, con torte e specialità tipiche greche. Suggeriamo questo appartamento a tutti quelli che cercano un luogo tranquillo utilizzando un auto a noleggio con parcheggio davanti il portone di casa, fuori dal caos cittadino, ma comunque vicino a Rodi città, Faliraki, Ixia e le principali località del nord dell'isola che si raggiungono facilmente ed in poco tempo. Un grazie ancora al proprietario e alla sua famiglia.
