Close to everything
Pros: The host always provided the right information at the right time. Moreover - which is rare these days - we met in person. The apartment is on the main street of Ialysos, close (about 200 m) to the beach. There are shutters and the bedroom can be completely darkened, quiet (October). Everything is within a short walk from the apartment (grocery store, the best car rental under the house, restaurants, bakery, bars).

Perfect stay for a holiday :)
Pros: Savvas is a really friendly host, the apartment is perfect for a stay in Ialisos. Its near the ocean and stores and restaurants are also nearby. We enjoyed our days here alot! It is simple but has everything we needed for our stay :)

Very comfortable.
Pros: The apartment was excellent. I only stayed for one night, but it was perfect. The host was very kind and even gave me a bottle of wine. Although the apartment is on the main road, it was very quiet, and I couldn’t hear any noise from the street. It’s very close to the beach and several restaurants. Inside, you’ll find everything you need: a coffee machine, kettle, and even a washing machine.

Great for 2 people, quick beach access.
Pros: The location is great, very close to the beach, there is a supermarket downstairs and also had a rent-a-car which we also recommend. The owner was very helpful and always available via WhatsApp if needed. All the appliances are new AC, washer, fridge, Nespresso machine etc. Nice queen size bed. There is a good size terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night and watch the airplanes going to land. We definitely recommend.

Pros: Kodinomainen loma-asunto, kaikki tarvittava löytyy, hyvä sijainti, siisti, rauhallinen, mitä muuta voisi toivoa, miellyttävä asunnon omistaja.
Cons: Ei mitään moitittavaa.

Pros: Apartmán je pěkně vybavený - kuchyně i koupelna, přístroje funkční, klimatizace, dostatek úložných prostor. Balkon je moc dobrý do středně rušné ulice, na jednu stranu výhled k moři. Je na výborném místě - obchody, restaurace, ale ne příliš hluku a u moře jste za malou chviličku, pláž s lehátky nebo obyč., část. písek, kde se dá ležet. Moc milý provozovatel se zájmem, uvítací dárek (víno), ovoce na stole, voda v lednici. Výborná komunikace.

Super super super consigliatissimo!
Pros: Tutto! L'accoglienza del proprietario Savvas, con cui ho scambiato numerosi messaggi prima di arrivare e che ci ha accolti con un delizioso cesto di frutta, una buona bottiglia di vino e ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo. Inoltre mi hanno colpito la pulizia, gli accessori di uso quotidiano presenti (spugne, detersivi x cucina/bagno/ bucato, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, sacchetti immondizia, olio di semi, olio di oliva, sale, pepe, aglio, carta igienica, kit primo soccorso), la macchinetta del caffè espresso con cialde a disposizione (al nostro arrivo ci ha detto che se le avessimo terminate, avremmo semplicemente dovuto chiedere che ce ne avrebbe date altre), la lavatrice super veloce, il forno a microonde, il forno elettrico, l'aria condizionata, due ventilatori con telecomando, il silenzio della casa, l'estrema vicinanza alla spiaggia.
Cons: Il divano letto era un po' duro, ma, quando glielo abbiamo detto, Savvas ci ha dato subito un materassino che ha reso il letto comodissimo.

Pros: Ich habe die Wohnung für eine bestimmte Zeit gemietet und war sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und ich hatte keine Probleme während der Mietzeit. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war es eine sehr positive Erfahrung.
