Perfection. Beautiful haven for a week of complete relaxation. Close to amenities and transport links. Beaches and bars,

Pros: I honestly do not know where to start. The villa is one of the most perfect places I have ever stayed. The villa looks impressive but is even better inside. Spacious and clean - perfect for families or friends. Beautiful spacious and well equipped kitchen to stay in and make meals, perfect space to eat out in the sunshine or warm evenings. Extremely comfortable beds! And the pool and sunbathing area was absolutely ideal. I stayed with my mother and we will most certainly be returning. Akis was attentive and so helpful for the whole week. Replying quickly to any queries or requests for recommendations. Akis even picked us up from Rhodes Town after a day of shopping simply because he was “going that way anyway” and saved us having to get a taxi. We adored every day there’s Ilyassos is beautiful and has something for everyone - whether you want to read on the beach, discover history, art and culture of Rhodes or want a few nights out on the town. We did all of this! And loved it.

Cons: There honestly was not anything I could criticise about the villa. And I honestly believe that if there had been, Akis would have very quickly responded and resolved it.

Pros: Akis was very friendly and welcoming and had good communication. The apartment was well appointed, clean and modern.

Cons: The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived as the host thought we were coming the following day. As a result we had to wait for 3 hours for the apartment to be cleaned. Not a big deal at the end of day and we didn't mind, things happen.

Quiet place near a nice beach

Pros: Sufficiently spacious apartment, air conditioners in both the living room and the bedroom with a large and very comfortable bed, a small but bright bathroom, a separate small room for a teenager, a parking space on demand. Quiet neighborhood, delicious pizzeria nearby. A very beautiful, uncrowded beach is 10-15 minutes away on foot. The apartment supervisor is extremely helpful.

Cons: The kitchen and bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly, the cleanliness is superficial in some places. There is a slight smell of dampness and mold in the washing machine and garbage disposal areas. We lived on the top floor, there is no elevator, the stairs are steep (for whom it is relevant).

Great stay

Pros: Akis the owner is very helpful and nice. What is amazing is that you have 2 good working AC in the appartement, one in the room and one in the living room. Ive been in Rhodes a lot, ans this is the quietest place I have stayed at. You are close to Ialysos (go by foot). A large TV, a washing machine and dishwasher makes it perfect for a long stay (we stayed two weeks) and it’s perfect to take your breakfast in the morning. Also the bed is very comfortable and the room can be made pitch black so you can sleep in the morning.

Cons: The sofa could be a little more comfortable

Pros: Amazing, lovely decor and extremely comfortable. And the pool was amazing!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Perfect location to all our favourite bars and restaurants, the garden was a brillant size to enjoy and the apartment was clean,comfy and well worth the money, we will certainly be back!

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like

Pros: We are very happy with the trip. The house is simply gorgeous, all the amenities were there, we were met flawlessly. All the rooms were clean. Juices and water were waiting for us in the refrigerator, which we really liked since we arrived at night. My family and I recommend this house. The location is good, there is everything you need nearby. The owner was very caring, he was constantly interested in whether we were doing well and offered help.

Perfect villa for a relaxing break

Pros: Host was very friendly and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Very clean and nicely presented. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants nearby and located in a quiet area. Definitely recommend.

Cons: There wasn't anything that didn't meet our expectations.

I would go to the place again because of Akis. I really recommend everyone to get to know Akis.

Pros: Beautiful spacious property exceptionally clean and close by to the beach bars and restaurants. Akis met us and was very welcoming and very informative and had a lovely complimentary welcome pack of snacks juice and water for when we arrived, the pool area was lovely and plenty of shade too which was great and air con throughout the villa made our stay very comfortable with nice comfy beds too!
