Artoria Apartment 2 First Floor

Haraki paradise

Pros: This was our second visit to Artoria apartment 2 and it won't be our last. It has fabulous views and it's great that you can open the doors wide onto the balcony. Its very spacious inside and the new bathrooms are a great improvement. The free sun lounders is a real bonus too. Also having great places to eat on your doorstep and one of the best beaches for swimming.

Cons: Its hard to find negatives but if I'm being picky then a toaster would be good, so you don't have to put the oven grill on for one slice of toast. Also the safety deposit box still didn't work. We were here in October 2024 and it wasn't working then either. So they have had a year to fix it! Saying all that, there is nothing that would stop us returning. In fact we are looking into next year already.

Pros: A well-decorated apartment with an excellent view and a great location. The sea was always as calm as a pool.

Cons: There is no direct access to the sea; you need to walk around the building from the back, but it’s not a big deal.

Pros: Excellent location with everything you need in the bay. A car is needed if you want to go out and about to sight see. Welcome pack of a bottle of water and a bottle of wine.

It might not have been 100% perfect but it was a fabulous holiday and have already booked for 2025

Pros: Excellent location and very spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen and good sized fridge. Beds were reasonably comfortable so sleep wasn't an issue. And the bonus of the Haraki Bay Hotel on the doorstep, as that's our favourite place to eat in Haraki.

Cons: Its a shame the air conditioning in all rooms weren't checked before arrival, as ours didn't work and it didn't get fixed until the night before we left. Also it was advertised with a safety deposit box, but we couldn't use it as the key was taken by a previous guest. And the only other thing I would say is they could do one more comfy chair in the lounge as the one sofa isn't big enough for 6 people and they could do with a small unit of some sort to put your food and things, as all the kitchen cupboards are full up with utensils etc.

Excellent , will come again

Pros: induction by Martin in person , beach facing, clean , all amenities and downstairs good restaurants and super market

Cons: May be glass partition be better for showers to avoid water spill. Showers are good.

Pros: Close to the beach. Big rooms. Dish washer, washing machine

Pros: Position of apartment is Top, 1st floor on the beach. Open space saloon, kitchen and terrace really good Super view panorama

Cons: All bath with shower without any protection (glass screen or curtain not present)...necessary update for this! Not direct access to the beach, need really small tour around the building..not so critical. Dirty due to swallow nests on terraces.

Very enjoyable

Pros: The location was nice, there was light and every room had a bathroom. Also it was quiet and clean.

Cons: The room with the double beds had one of the windows that looked on the stairs which didnt have a curtain. That was a bit annoying, as everyone passing could see inside. There were no other people in the property but us so it was not a problem but in high season it might be a goog idea to cover it :)

A Small Piece of Heaven

Pros: Absolute fabulous views, the apartment was perfectly situated, being directly across from the beach and right next to the bars, restaurants, and a few shops. The Haraki Bay Hotel, right next door, served great food, and the staff were lovely. The sports bar was another favourite, serving delicious food and cocktails. But to be fair, all the bars and restaurants were fab, and they all had something good to offer. We enjoyed our holiday so much we have booked again for next year.

Cons: You really need a car if you want to see something more of the island. The local shops have the basic items but a car would be needed to go to a supermarket.

Great apartment, but needs better management.

Pros: The view from the balcony is spectacular! Big dining area and good A/C.

Cons: You’re actually paying all the money for the view. Other than the view from the balcony, the rooms don’t have any view and they are pretty small. The beds are not comfortable. The bedsheets and towels need to be renewed, they are stained. The shower situation is horrible. After each shower we needed to mop the floors because there’s nothing to keep the water in place. No shower curtain or glass! The apartment also need an urgent fumigation because we had various bugs in different parts of the apartment. The sun bed situation on the beach is confusing. Upon our arrival, we were told that the sun beds with the Artoria apartments signs are ours and we were 4 people (the apartment is for 6 people) and the next day we found out that we actually share 4 sun beds with the other apartment. So imagine like 12 people playing musical chairs with the sun beds. When you pay more than 3000$ for a week, your expectations are higher.
