Exceptional

Pros: We so loved our stay at Luca’s Houses. A cosy studio and everything we needed was provided. A nice little outdoor area where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. So happy to be welcomed by Vilston at the port who carried our luggage for us. Excellent location, close to the harbour and Potamos beach. We fell in love with Halki and Luca’s Houses. Thank you Anna for all your help and kindness

Cons: They didnt empty any of the trash bins during our 3 days stay.

Great property quiet location.

Pros: Good shower and water pressure. Attention to detail. We had fruit , wine, flowers and water on arrival. Quiet location. Quiet air con at night. Everything in the apartment was brand new. Would stay here again.

Cons: No sink plug or washbasin plug. No sharp knife for cutting vegetables or a chopping board. Combined oven grill and cooking rings complicated to use an instruction booklet would be useful. A few more electrical sockets would help in the kitchen area.

Pros: Newly refurbished done to a high standard. and spotlessly clean, we liked the outside space , comfortable apartment, only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed much longer. Good location.

Cons: Was met at the port to be shown to the apartment was charged €5 , we payed him€10 paying for our friends also who had a room. We found out later he also charged them €5 ,when we had already payed him, it was a 2 min walk from the port. Was not happy with this.
