Traditional Villa Efterpi

I highly recommend this apartment !

Pros: Very beautiful and calm apartment close to the centre and the beaches.

Cons: The toilet is outside the main apartment, though still just outside the door and inside the front yard. It can be a little inconvenient during the night.

Pros: We had a lovely house for ourselves, and we spent most of the time on the balcony! We did a self check-in and out! Having a washing machine was great! The shower pressure was fantastic , location was great, 1 minute from the port , bakery and all the restaurants, a nice 7 min walk to the beach and a taverna, loved the hike to the castle and other parts, loved Chalki Island, so picturesque!

Highly Recommended

Pros: location is perfect (very close to the port and on the street leading to the Pondamos beach. The owner was very nice and helpful and easy to communiate over the phone. The place has a big porch, inside has a big bed room and a kitchen. The fridge has some drings and waters already. The washing machine.

Cons: Athough it didn't bother me, maybe worth mentioning that the batchroom/shower is not inside the house (It's located before the door and beside the outside porch) and that the kitchen has full equipments except a cooking hob, so you cannot really cook).

Pros: The owner is very kind and helpful. The house was very clean, very close to the port/main square and under a lot of comfortable shadow. Great experience!

Pros: The apartment was well equipped, centrally located and very stylish (vintage traditional). The host was very friendly and willing to help.

Cons: The only downside I can note is that there were no window screens. However, an insect repellent was provided.

Pros: Tesis gayet temiz ve düzenliydi, bu açıdan oldukça memnun kaldık. Ayrıca evin konumu da idealdi, adadaki plajlara ve limana kolayca yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Ev sahibimiz Gianis düzenli olarak bizi aradı ve herhangi bir eksiklik olduğunda da hemen bunu halletti. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz, sonuç olarak bir tatil evinden ne bekliyorsak karşılandı ve güzel bir tatil yaptık. Teşekkürler...

Cons: Fırının yeri belki farklı olabilirdi ama biz fazla kullanmadığımızdan büyük bir sorun yaratmadı.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we needed - and we really appreciate the washing machine after traveling for so many days! Location was perfect and quiet :)

Pros: Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, κοντά στο λιμάνι και στον Πόνταμο. Ευγενικός ιδιοκτήτης. Εχει όλα όσα χρειαζεται κανείς για ευχάριστες διακοπές.
