Amazing sea view

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this house! The sea view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the scenery. The interior was decorated in a modern and stylish way, which made the space feel both comfortable and luxurious. The owner was a great host—very friendly and incredibly fast at responding to our messages and requests.

Cons: The only minor point is the road to the house, which can be a bit challenging since it's unpaved. A car is definitely essential to navigate the area, but it's a small trade-off for such a peaceful and stunning location.

It was a great stay! Sebastian Luxury Apartments is nice, clean, quiet and comfy.

Pros: Brilliant, no complaints! The location is not exactly walking distance from the beach, but the apartment is exactly like in the pictures and everything was fine. Our whole family was very happy with the accommodation and if we ever go to Rhodes again we’ll probably go to the same place. It's not the cheapest but so far it was the best I've had in Greece, so the price is justified in my opinion, unlike some other places that are just exploiting tourists.

Cons: There’s nothing negative to say about the apartment or the hosts. I'd like to rant about the off-main roads and the cigarette smokers, but that has nothing to do with the apartment.

Perfect pad for a break.

Pros: The property was absolutely immaculate!! It was clearly well maintained and looked after to ensure that our stay was perfect. It felt like walking into a showroom with gleaming surfaces etc. The owner arrived to explain how the shutters worked and showed us restaurant flyers for food. Her English wasn’t the greatest but she was a lovely lady and we managed to understand each other. She was also there in the morning when we left to ensure everything was ok. We used the apartment as a stop over as we landed late and just wanted a base for the night, but would’ve considered staying there for the week as was so comfortable.

Cons: It’s a shame it didn’t have a pool but if it did I imagine the price would also be considerably more.

Clean and comfortable apartment with nice seaview and friendly host.

Pros: Nicely equipped and very clean apartment. Great open view towards the sea.

Cons: Bit bumpy road getting to the house but it is not a deal-breaker.

My Rhodos Heaven

Pros: Everything ! The very warm welcome from Eleftheria and her daughters who treated us like family members, the very ultra well furnished and equipped house, the modern design, the location close to every amazing spots in Rhodos, the home made olive oil! Was the best stay ever in all islands and location I did in Greece! I will come back girls 😘

Pros: We recently stayed at the Sebastian Apartment in the Afandou area of Rhodes and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was top-notch, fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Elefteria, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of her way to ensure we had a great time. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, as it was cleaned very frequently. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rhodes and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elefteria, for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Pros: We were fully satisfied with the accommodation in the Sebastian apartment & studio Rhodos. The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. The owner, Elefteria, was always friendly and she ensured the apartment was clean and tidy throughout our stay. We recommend the apartment to those who prefer privacy, a quiet and safe environment, and enjoy Greek friendliness and hospitality.

Wonderful place that’s clean and comfortable in a quiet location

Pros: We loved our stay here! The place feels new and is spotlessly clean. Very comfortable with a separate bedroom and living space as well as an outdoor balcony. Everything provided to be able to cook meals at home. You will need a car to stay here as it’s away from town. We liked the location, being away the hustle and bustle. It was quiet and had a great view. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, offering a cleaning service each day.

Cons: Nothing. It was great and we’d happily stay here again!

Pros: L'appartement était très propre au calme, le lit était confortable, la cuisine était ouverte sur le séjour et permet de cuisiner avec plaisir. Un balcon avec une table et des chaises permet de manger à l'extérieur. Il y a un jardin bien entretenu avec barbecue. Une femme adorable venait très régulièrement faire du nettoyage, et nous apportait régulièrement des fruits de son jardin. J'espère vraiment que nous pourrons y retourner.
