Evi Apartments And Studios

Pros: They say it’s about the people, not the place — but in the case of Evi Apartments, it’s an amazing place with even better people. Savvas and his family are simply wonderful: always helpful and incredibly kind. The accommodation has a great location, super close to the beach, where you can even take kitesurfing lessons or watch a beautiful sunset every single day. There’s a bus stop and a small supermarket nearby, and everything you need is within a very pleasant distance. If you want to explore the island, you can take a bus to Rhodes City’s central station and travel all the way to Prasonisi Beach from there. For total comfort, you can also rent a car and park it right next to your apartment in a private parking lot. I’ve had a wonderful time here and I hope to be back soon! 😊

Just amazed

Pros: Amazing set up with owner running a pub and being an absolutely amazing host

Pros: Very nice and quiet place with not too many tourists. Very close to the beach, sea is a bit wild but still nice even for children. Savvas and his team are very kind and hospitality people. Apartments are equiped simply but funcionaly. Breakfasts are simply continental, very good coffe, toasts, marmelade, fresh juice. Dinners were served, freshly cooked local meals with lot of fresh vegetable. Apartements are close to airport runway. Air traffic is quiet busy but we enjoyed watching planes taking off.

Pros: It's very clean. Change of bed linen and towels every two days. Very nice, cute owner.

Cons: The continental breakfast could be improved a bit.

Pros: Everybody were kind and helpful. They helped for us in everything they could. Our room was tiny but clean, the airconditioner is super! The breakfast was enough, for dinner there is a good selection. The apartment is near to the surf centers if it is a viewpoint.

An excellent stay!

Pros: A family manages the studios and apartments. I rented the 2-room apartment, which was spacious and simple but nicely decorated. It had a large balcony from which we could see the sea. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every two days. The environment is very calm (in September), and the beach is very close to a kitesurfing center. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The only remark I can make is about the WiFi, which was sometimes a bit weak (but I experienced it very often while traveling the island).

Cons: Our room location - booking details said view of the garden and mountains but not true. People walking past could see right through the bedroom window and curtains didn't fit.

Sunset walks, delicious food, perfect holidays! Best time.

Pros: Tea or coffee, toast, juice, slice of ham and cheesee is included for breakfast. Special orders avaliable per requests. Delicious home made dinners. Highly recommended. Attentive, friendly staff. Great sunset walks in the evening, stars watching at night, perfect quiet location away from the crowds. All you need to have a great rest. Very good location for kite surfers.

Cons: Kettle and hair dryier in the room would be an advantage. You can hear the planes taking off as the airport is very close. For us it was not a problem.
