Value for money and a lot of feelgood

Pros: Everything well planed in the apartment. The communication was fast and all response was made in a very helpful manner. The staff on site was kind, extremely service oriented and made you feel like part of the familj.

One of the most relaxed holidays we’ve had in years

Pros: The staff made the stay very enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The terrace areas were nicely shaded and fairly private. A quiet location with just a five minute walk in to the village .

Cons: Nothing much to complain about. Occasionally the water pipes made a noise after flushing the toilet, but really it was nothing.

All is perfect from the moment we arrive

Pros: Our fourth time at southern dreams apartments and is always exceeding our expectations every time and the hosts always go above and beyond, so welcoming and friendly make us feel like family.

Cons: There is nothing we do not like

We wanted somewhere to chill and relax and Southern Dreams apartments and Gennadi helped us to have that.

Pros: The property was beautifully laid out across three levels. First level was the pool and bar area. The bar was run by Costas who is also the owner/manager. He was exceptionally good company and nothing was too much trouble for him. Then up steps to the first floor apartments which benefitted from a covered area for outside eating and socialising plus an area to the front in the sun for general relaxation. The second floor apartments are up some more steps and have a covered area outside with table and chairs, as well as a sea view. The apartments are modern and have dishwasher and washing machine, kettle and coffee machines. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels felt soft and lovely. Pool/beach towels were also provided which was fantastic.

Cons: The only thing I wasn’t keen on were the dining chairs in the apartment. Otherwise everything was great.

Pros: We absolutely love this apartment in the heart of Gennadi – the location couldn’t be better! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful and happy to respond to any questions and eager to fulfill every request we had. The apartment itself is perfectly equipped, with great attention to even the smallest details that made us feel being at home. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the housekeeping staff are not only professional but also unbelievably friendly and warm. This has truly become our favorite place to stay in Rhodes – we gladly recommend it to everyone. We return every year, and we have never been disappointed!

Pros: Our stay at these apartments was wonderful — very friendly and attentive staff who truly care about their guests’ comfort. The area is quiet and peaceful.
